Terabase is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technician. The Manufacturing Technician is a key player on the product development team, reporting to the Site Manager Operations and will work closely with our R&D team to develop products that will radically change how large-scale solar utility power plants are constructed. Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Technician Team's role is to build and test a fully functionable factory to the Field Operations team. Processes to complete a factory build includes using hand/power tools, cranes, welders, wiring, reading schematics, multiple types of forklifts and following set procedures,
Support in developing and optimizing crew training, developing training literature and manuals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on manufacturing experience with a solid understanding of standard manufacturing concepts and processes. Use of standard hand and power tools as well as experience with wiring of electrical and equipment required.

In this key role, you will provide manufacturing engineering leadership throughout a new model development program - from initial concept through final assembly. + Provide manufacturing engineering leadership throughout a new model development program, beginning at initial concept through launch at the final assembly facility.
+ Development of tooling and facilities based on product and process.

+ Travel is required including co-location at a North American Assembly plant for 9 or more months depending on scale of vehicle launch.
+ 1 or more years of Microsoft Office experience to include Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

The microwave technician will be responsible for the Thin Film tuning, aligning, troubleshooting, and final testing of microwave components, subsystems, and integrated assemblies. A strong knowledge of microwave test equipment like scalar and network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, noise figure meters, and digital scopes is required. Some mechanical assembly may be required. In many cases technicians will be required to work with engineers on new product releases or to trouble-shoot a product.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Duties will include preliminary testing, pulse focusing, assembling tubes for test, disassembling returned TWTs for replacement, and environmental testing. Individual must have experience testing electronic assemblies using both traditional and non-traditional tooling such as multi-meter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power supply, function generator, LCD meter, power meters, etc.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Experience in electrical/electronic testing

**DESCRIPTION:**
The microwave technician will be responsible for the Thin Film tuning, aligning, troubleshooting, and final testing of microwave components, subsystems, and integrated assemblies. A strong knowledge of microwave test equipment like scalar and network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, noise figure meters, and digital scopes is required. Some mechanical assembly may be required. In many cases technicians will be required to work with engineers on new product releases or to trouble-shoot a product.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Duties will include preliminary testing, pulse focusing, assembling tubes for test, disassembling returned TWTs for replacement, and environmental testing. Individual must have experience testing electronic assemblies using both traditional and non-traditional tooling such as multi-meter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power supply, function generator, LCD meter, power meters, etc.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Experience in electrical/electronic testing
+ Familiarity with various types of test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment's)
+ RF and technical knowledge and experience is a plus
+ Possess a solid understanding of ohms law and basic electronics theory
+ Detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills
+ Able to provide daily updates
+ Understand production schedules and shipments
+ Passion for testing and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
+ A technical associate degree or equivalent military training is required.
**Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a D.O.D. security clearance.**
**Salary Range:**
$42,800.00-$57,100.000
