We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-driven Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control functions in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment . The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO 13485 (if applicable), and other regulatory standards , while driving continuous improvement across the organization. This role is critical to ensuring product safety, efficacy, and regulatory readiness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 210/211, 820, etc.), ISO standards, and internal SOPs.
- Lead and manage audits and inspections by the FDA, ISO registrars, and customers.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) .
- Review and approve deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and nonconformance reports.
- Monitor key quality metrics (e.g., batch failures, complaints, audit findings) and present trends to senior leadership.
- Oversee validation and qualification activities (e.g., equipment, process, cleaning, and software validation).
- Support training programs to ensure staff are fully trained on quality procedures and GMP requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, and regulatory affairs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of quality experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or food).
- At least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, 21 CFR Part 210/211 or 820 , and relevant FDA regulations.
- Experience with QMS implementation, regulatory inspections, and audit readiness.
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills (e.g., CAPA, FMEA, 5 Whys).

- Responsible for all manufacturing targets and quality policies and procedures (paperwork, documentation, NCRM, escalation procedures, production targets, etc.).
- Responsible for communicating day to day targets, safety concerns, and responsibilities.
- Responsible for continual training and development of operators on processes and products.
- Responsible for labor allocation, timesheets, and overtime management.
- Review and/or revise existing documents, processes and/or methods to improve processes.
- Maintain records of all activities as requested by leadership.
- Active and successful participation in Leadership Development Initiative.
- Work with leadership and buyer/planner to achieve optimum schedule and adherence.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area. Wear required PPE. Perform duties in a safe manner and observe safety procedures. Ensure full adherence to 6S (Safety, Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Expertise:
- Proven leadership and communication ability both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math computations and proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to learn all primary and secondary department processes.
- Ability to work independently and multitask with a wide variety of activites.
- Forklift certified.
- Ability to use measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- This position will be in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be available to work any shift, weekends, and/or overtime as required.

We are currently seeking Manufacturing Technicians who have manufacturing experience to join our team in Bessember, AL . As a Manufacturing Technician in our Wet Out Facility, you will be responsible for the preparation of Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) according to the exact specifications agreed upon by the customer.
We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license , and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
The starting pay is $16.50 per hour and will increase based on the shift schedule and if a valid Class A or B CDL license is held.

What You'll Do:
- All aspects of CIPP liner preparation, including staging, wrapping, loading, and securing for transport
- Operate wet out or truck conveyors or tugger systems, operate static mixers, and other process-related equipment in a safe, efficient manner
- Load wetout tubes in totes or trucks according to processes and procedures
- Mix chemicals that require wearing a respirator
- Perform all work according to safety / quality standards and follow all environmental procedures
- Clearly communicate effectively with other team members and management as it pertains to safety, quality, or other work-related aspects
- Keep a clean organized work area and plant following 5's guidelines
What We Need From You:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- Previous experience as Construction Laborer or Installation Technician is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

**Responsibilities:**
