The Manufacturing Test Engineer will work with a cross-functional Engineering team to develop and maintain tools, fixtures, and scripts to automate testing of various Industrial Electronics products at internal and external manufacturing and repair facilities.

Director of Manufacturing leads global manufacturing operations. Directs the development and implementation of activities to meet production and shipping goals while achieving cost and quality objectives. Responsibilities

• Create and implement the strategy for manufacturing solutions to ensure timely and cost-effective production of quality products.
• Own warehouse, demand planning, production through order fulfillment ensuring OTD indicators.
• Work closely with R&D and Manufacturing Engineering to support the introduction of new products, configurations and ECOs into manufacturing.
• Partner with materials management to ensure the right parts are available at the right time to build product to meet customer needs.
• Ensure qualified processes are in place and maintained supporting test and inspection, including OEM and private labeled products.
• Prepare the budget; manage manufacturing and labor costs. Drive programs and new methodologies to improve profitability.

The QA associate for documentation ensures compliance with cGMP and internal policies, procedures, and specifications. This position is responsible for performing inspections, batch record review, and quality system functions in accordance with cGMP and related company SOP's, state, federal and local laws as applicable. • Track controlled documents through the issuance of Document Control numbers, logbooks, change requests, and document status reports.

This role will entail a balance of on-the-floor manufacturing quality engineering support, collaboration with the design engineering team, and respond to customer quality concerns. The quality assurance manager will manage the administration of configuration changes and ECRs. This is an individual contributor role and will report to the Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager to refine and elevate the Quality Program at Sonix.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to:**
+ Manage site ISO certification process. Develop, revise and update Quality Policy, Quality Manual, Quality Documentation Structure and Quality Systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001.
+ Develop and advocate for critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various quality functions, providing training on effective metric usage and ensuring their consistent application; actively drive improvements across all quality KPIs.
+ Lead regular Failure Review Boards (FRB), Material Review Boards (MRB), and other relevant quality Daily Management (DM).
+ Develop & deploy configuration, ECR, and material inspection processes.
+ Manage all quality related cases from customers and collaborate with Engineering teams to support root cause investigation, implementation of countermeasures, and timely submission of reports in required formats.
+ Set forth a strategic process improvement plan and lead teams and projects to ensure on-schedule completion and sustainable integration within the company.
+ Engage directly and support Manufacturing, R&D, & Engineering teams with Failure Review Boards (FRB), Problem Solving Process (PSP), and requisite projects, stepping in with assistance when needed.
+ Pioneer initiatives focused on defect reduction, improved performance of corrective actions, and the maintenance of process control and compliance.
+ Act as a facilitator and provide support during Quality Audits as necessary.
+ Embrace and execute additional responsibilities as they arise.
+ **Support continuous improvement activities** focused on reducing defects, scrap, and rework, and enhancing overall product and process reliability.
+ Lead efforts to improve supplier Quality by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Procurement and R&D/Engineering.
+ Works closely with Product Management, Engineering, Applications and Sales team to improve quality and manufacturability of both new and existing products
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ BS Degree in related field or comparable work experience.
+ A minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality-focused role
+ ISO 9001 (or equivalent) experience
+ Strong analytical & data analysis skills
+ Excellent communication
+ Outstanding organization
+ Proficient knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
+ Solid experience in corrective actions and problem-solving methodologies.
+ This role requires U.S. citizenship in adherence to ITAR, DFARS, and federal compliance standards.

This role is responsible for solving manufacturing problems with innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be a key part of the Integrated Product Team to develop and execute manufacturing plans.
