Performing routine cleaning of manufacturing washroom.
Cleaning, stacking, and wrapping all drums, lids, and skids.
Transporting the above to their designated areas.
Cleaning and sanitizing wall fixtures, windows, and windowsills.
Taking all trash out to the trash compactors.
Restocking and organizing supplies.
Mopping all manufacturing area corridors.
Deliver excellent customer service
Maintain equipment and supplies in good condition
Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
Handle reasonable complaints/requests and inform others when required
Check stock levels of all supplies
Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
Write reports of areas cleaned
Qualifications
Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services preferred
Reliable transportation to and from multiple worksites

Job Description
At Curtiss Wright we specialize in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of a wide variety of systems and components for the aerospace and defense industry. We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer, Staff to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career engineer to work hands-on in a collaborative environment, supporting manufacturing projects from design to production. You will play a key role in developing and improving manufacturing processes, working closely with design engineering, and helping bring new products to life.

**SALARY RANGE:** **$85,000 - $105,000/year**

**YOUR CHALLENGE:**
+ Assist in developing and implementing manufacturing methods, process flows, and operational sequences.
+ Design and develop tools and fixtures to accommodate production build processes.
+ Work closely with the design team to coordinate the release of new products and ensure smooth transitions to manufacturing.
+ Estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards, and recommend tooling and process improvements.
+ Create and update manufacturing work instructions and standard procedures.
+ Collaborate with various team members including design, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, procurement, quality, and inspection.
+ Conduct routine analysis related to labor standards, production flow, and lean cost reduction efforts.
+ Aid in establishing and maintaining a 5S work environment throughout the facility.
+ Participate with maintaining environmental, health and safety (EHS) standards.
**WHAT YOU BRING**
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
+ Experience with CAD tools. i.e., Solid Works
+ Knowledge of basic electronic and mechanical assembly principles.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
+ Strong analytical and communication skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
**_Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):_**
+ Understanding of statistical and mathematical concepts including probability, geometry, and trigonometry.
+ Familiarity with manufacturing standards and process documentation.
+ Prior experience/familiarity with an ERP system.
+ Spanish language skills.
