Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Rebar Fabricator to support our production operations. This position plays a key role in preparing and assembling rebar products in accordance with project requirements. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a fabrication or construction-related setting and be comfortable handling heavy materials in a physically demanding environment.
Primary Responsibilities
• Read and interpret project drawings and specifications to determine rebar requirements
• Cut, bend, and shape rebar using appropriate fabrication equipment
• Bundle and prepare rebar for shipment in accordance with company and industry standards
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times
• Assist with material inventory and tracking
• Communicate with team members to meet deadlines and production targets
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues as needed
Skills & Experience Requirements
• Previous experience in rebar fabrication or related manufacturing role preferred
• Strong understanding of rebar specifications and construction practices

What you will be responsible for:
- Carries out inspection activities in accordance with established quality plans, engineering specifications and procedures in order to verify that the product meets specified requirements.
- Must be able to effectively use, read and interpret a tape measure.
- Performs incoming, in-process and final dimensional and visual inspection of materials and assemblies to determine compliance.
- Electronically records the results to provide evidence that the product has been inspected, whether accepted or rejected.
