Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Assist with month-end closing activities , including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into operational performance.
- Maintain and manage general ledger accounts , ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process , working with plant leadership to analyze financial data.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to help drive financial efficiency.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial forecasts.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee expense reports , ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and assist in collections efforts as needed.
- Work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies .
Inventory & Cost Control:
- Support inventory management and cost accounting , ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct cost analysis for products and manufacturing processes to improve financial efficiency.
- Assist in the review and reconciliation of cycle counts and inventory adjustments .
Compliance & Internal Controls:
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies .
- Assist in internal audits and external financial audits , providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain proper internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, purchasing, and leadership teams to improve financial processes.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for key business initiatives.
- Assist in special projects, including process improvements and system enhancements .
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field .
- 2+ years of accounting experience , preferably in a manufacturing environment .
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements .
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills , including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling .
- Ability to analyze financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills .
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines .
- Experience with job costing, sales tax, and business insurance is a plus.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $89,000 to $142,000.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee QA operations across manufacturing, packaging, and batch record review
- Lead investigations, root cause analyses, CAPAs, and change control processes
- Manage QA support for radiolabeling or aseptic operations (as applicable)
- Review and approve critical quality documentation (SOPs, protocols, reports)
- Represent QA during regulatory inspections and internal/external audits
- Develop team capabilities, manage department resourcing, and own quality KPIs
Ideal Background:
- Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline
- 6+ years in QA/QC within GMP-regulated pharma or biotech environments
- 3+ years in a leadership role, with oversight of QA operations or systems
- Familiarity with radiopharmaceuticals, sterile injectables, or short-shelf-life products is highly desirable
- Experience with aseptic processing, batch release, and regulatory agency engagement

Position Description
Responsible for assisting the CQCSM in implementing the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) System.
Has authority to recommend stop work when conditions adverse to quality are identified.
Review and approve subcontractor submittals, ensuring compliance with requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement, task order Scope of Services, and the CQC Program.
Responsible for assisting the CQCSM in implementing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) three-phase control process.
Inspect (or oversee inspection of) materials and equipment received on site to assure compliance with contractual requirements.
Perform routine Quality surveillances, assessments and audits of work performance as directed by the CQCSM.
Oversee subcontractor work performance for compliance with work plans, drawings and specifications.
Complete daily QC Reports.
Other duties as assigned by the CQCSM.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, including 2 years of experience in USACE projects is desired.
- Current USACE "Construction Quality Management for Contractors" certification, or ability to obtain, is desired.
- Understanding of USACE Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) Remediation is desired.
- General understanding of procurement and construction concepts and principles, and their attendant quality requirements.
- Good written, verbal and Microsoft Office skills are required.
- USA Citizenship is required.
- A person already residing withing commuting distance of Vandergrift, PA is highly desired
- Knowledge and application of the USACE Construction Quality Management requirements.
- Technical knowledge of the application of procurement and construction practices sufficient to comprehend Quality requirements, including interpreting drawings and specifications.
- Experience participating in and supporting quality assessments, surveillances, and audits.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel across multiple organizations within a construction and remedial action environment.

**Additional Details**
Position will be located in Parks Township, Pennsylvania (near Pittsburgh)
Requires ability to pass beryllium sensitivity testing blood test.
**Essential Functions:** Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Lifting requirements limited to 20 lbs. in the form of supplies, drawings, etc. Longest distance carried of 50 feet. Hand manipulation is required for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Occasional need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, for supplies, as well as below the shoulder for same. Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be occasional travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and potential work at heights.
