About The Role:
As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
This role is for a Manufacturing Company and is required to be on-site in Broken Arrow, OK.
What You'll Do:
+ Perform maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.
+ Follow all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
+ Maintain an energy management program. Ensure all systems operate in the most efficient manner.
+ Assist with the implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life. Perform emergency repairs as needed.
+ Follow departmental policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
+ Review inspection to building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job field and broad knowledge of several job fields within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies.

+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Universal CFC certification is preferred. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
+ Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
+ Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products Operation is seeking qualified professionals to consider for a Manufacturing Engineer - Paper role supporting the Consumer Manufacturing Group Operation located in Muskogee, OK . This position will work closely with the operations, reliability, and maintenance departments in the development of long-term asset strategies. The Muskogee facility uses integrated technology to manufacture tissue and paper towel products in a progressive production environment.
The Manufacturing Engineer - Paper is responsible for supporting and optimizing the paper production process to ensure the highest quality and efficiency. This role involves working closely with operations, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to enhance productivity, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.

What You Will Do
- Embrace influential leadership to support the organization while advancing our Principle-Based Management (PBM) culture
- Oversee the operations and management of paper machine assets to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Lead, mentor, and develop production professionals to achieve high levels of performance and engagement
- Implement and sustain continuous improvement processes to enhance asset reliability and production efficiency
- Analyze and improve existing production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain efficient operations
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that products meet the required specifications and standards
- Lead Root Cause Analysis process and execute effective corrective actions
- Ensure all processes comply with safety and environmental regulations and standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to the production team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor production metrics and generate reports for management review
- Manage engineering projects, including the design, testing, and implementation of new technologies or processes
- Train and mentor production staff in best practices and new technologies
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial or military environment preferably in the paper or pulp industry
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and process simulation software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of safety and environmental regulations related to manufacturing

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Paper Science
- Experience using SAP
- Experience initiating and/or executing capital projects
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with process control systems and instrumentation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Quality Technician** to support our manufacturing operations. This role requires expertise in **ASME weld inspection standards** and strong **computer skills** , particularly **Microsoft Excel** , for tracking quality data and completing reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting welds, verifying compliance with industry codes, and supporting documentation and process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform visual weld inspections in accordance with **ASME standards** and customer specifications
+ Use measurement tools (e.g., calipers, gauges, micrometers) to verify part dimensions and weld quality
+ Document inspection results using **Excel** and maintain detailed quality records
+ Assist in internal audits, non-conformance reports, and continuous improvement efforts
+ Collaborate with welders, engineers, and production staff to address quality concerns and ensure compliance
**Qualifications:**
