Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:
1. Loss (Breakdown, Waste, Speed) Investigation and Resolution
a. Attend Tier 1 and Production Analysis Board (PAB) meetings providing line team with status of line and agree on resource deployment and timings to close losses.
b. Resolve repeat loss issues using systematic problem-solving techniques to determine root cause.
c. Support Shift Technicians in Investigation of losses (Breakdowns, Waste, Speed) to ensure countermeasure is effective.
d. Coach and mentor Technicians and Operators in quality and effectiveness of problem-solving tools and robustness of countermeasures
e. Support all CI projects/validations as required to help improve equipment reliability.
2. Development of Maintenance standards
a. Engage with Operators and Technicians to effectively use Daily Task Maintenance and Planned and Preventative Maintenance to increase OEE and safety performance.
b. Provide details to improve Maintenance Standards and execution (Frequency, Breakdowns and Repairs) to Reliability Leader based on problem solving outcomes and DTM/PPM activity. Coaching on continuous improvement methodologies & tools
3. Implementation of basic maintenance process and settings for the designated product line(s).
a. Engage in planning process for Maintenance activities.
b. Lead Maintenance activity for respective line in conjunction with Preventative Maintenance Leader.
c. Maintain critical equipment settings, standards and close loop on changes made.
4. Building maintenance skills for Technicians and Operators.
a. Provide training and coaching to Operators and Technicians on DTM/ PPM Maintenance activities and standards.
5. Execution of maintenance activities in the line (planned/ unplanned when available).
a. Ensure all preventative maintenance activities are performed effectively, including opportunistic maintenance working with Preventative Maintenance Leader to plan same.
b. Record maintenance details in full on the designated forms/ SAP.
c. Report and action any abnormalities observed during Daily Task Maintenance / Planned Preventative Maintenance to reduce losses.
d. Record spares used during maintenance / unplanned breakdowns in line Maintenance requirements.
6. Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
a. Responsible for equipment breakdown response and escalation process in an expedient manner.
Education and Experience:
This position has the following minimum educational requirements:
High School Diploma/GED: Required

Associates Degree: Preferred - Mechatronics, EMT or other technical degree.
BA/BS Degree Preferred – Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

In lieu of Associates degree, 5 years technical or manufacturing experience required.
Manufacturing Experience:
3 years’ experience with high-speed automated assembly and packaging equipment required.
Some PLC experience preferred but not essential.
2 years medical device manufacturing experience preferred

This position's standard work schedule is a 4/10.
Salary Range: $43,100.00 - $1,900.00Salary Range 2: 51,200.00 - 85,400.00

**Manufacturing Technician 2/Manufacturing Technician 3**
Northrop Grumman, Space Systems, is seeking a **_Manufacturing Technician 2/3_** to join our team. This position will be supporting the Propulsion Systems Division at our facility located in **_Promontory, UT_** .

**_Roles and Responsibilities:_**
+ Able to interpret and follow established planning or procedures.
+ Sets up and operates automated equipment - PLC or manual controlled.
+ Must understand machine fault codes and related mechanical/electrical relationship as it relates to the operation of the machine.
+ Makes operator-controlled repairs as required.
+ Works with several types of adhesives and adjoining systems.
+ Must pass all job-specific or specialized certification programs required for core tasks or specialized assignments.
+ Must be willing to work swing shift on occasion.

**_Basic Qualifications for a level 3:_**
+ 4+ years of manufacturing (product assembly) experience.

Responsibilities
**Quality Control Manager** is responsible for defining, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling controls for Operations and Maintenance Context.
+ Ensure Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) are current and accurate with system hierarchy, SLAs, workflows and work forms established.
+ Ensure physical scope (Assets, locations) match what is reflected in CMMS.
+ Ensure all service orders are accurately and comprehensively filled out by technicians.
+ Ensure workmanship standards are established and implemented for corrective and preventive maintenance.
+ Ensure manuals, standard operating procedures, methods of operations, and process workflows are current and available at point of use.
+ Ensure personnel are trained and certified to perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
+ Perform storeroom inventory audit to ensure the integrity of storeroom operations.
+ Trend, track, and report on performance metrics on corrective and preventive maintenance in relation to service level agreements.
+ Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously improve sustainment activities.
+ Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to gather issues related to sustainment performance and drive follow-up measures.
+ Work with maintenance managers and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service levels.
+ Develop, implement, review, and communicate site specific quality plans.
+ Facilitate collecting customer satisfaction survey results and driving follow-up measures.

Qualifications
