Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. The Manufacturing Technician will promote continuous improvement of company processes to meet customer
requirements. Review and recommend engineering standards in relationship to the development, documentation
and production of all products at All Flex.

Essential Job Duties

• Learn manufacturing processes, visions, ideas and implementation
• Research and design new and more efficient ways of manufacturing flex circuits in house. Conduct tests for problem solving as needed. Resolve problems, processes, drawings, design specifications, materials, quality etc, using personal
knowledge and internal resources available.
• Make appropriate contact with customers on issues of workability, quality or design in coordination with set-up
engineering. Respect the confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Resolve issues as presented whether process or design using tact and good judgment and coordinates between
other areas of the company to facilitate resolution.
• Responsible for becoming familiar with all automated pieces of equipment. May include programming, setting
up machine for use, troubleshooting issues, etc.
• Prepare for, attend and participate in meetings as requested relative to process applications.
• Participation in IPC standards development as requested by Product Engineering
• Other duties as assigned.
