The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $89,000 to $142,000.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered. May provide expert advice on specific labor relations domains, workforce transition and implications and execution of Collective Labor Agreements (CLA) ensuring compliance with agreements, regional labor laws and in alignment with organizational goals. Ensure consistent application of HR and labor relations policies and practices across the organization.
Monitor adherence to local labor laws, escalating potential risks to appropriate stakeholders. Ensure compliance and monitor holiday balances to ensure timely use. Organize for government funding support where applicable on people functions initiatives (training, diversity, etc.). Drive merit-based hiring and inclusive practices and ensure compliance with local employment legislation including equal employment opportunity where applicable. Obtain legal and works council approval to enable local implementation of sales incentives. Structure local grading based on collective contract and WC negotiation. Consult on merit adjustments during ACR and salary increases.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's in People Management, Change Management, HR Processes, or equivalent; or a Master's in a related field with no experience required.
Your skills include leading organizational change, business transformation, and people initiatives that deliver measurable impact. Strong understanding of employment and labor laws in manufacturing, ensuring compliance with local regulations and collective labor agreements (where applicable), and handling performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions, and grievances.
You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, People Management, Change Management, HR Processes or equivalent.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees, People Leaders and People Business Partners. Must be detail-oriented with solid documentation and case management skills.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $89,000 to $142,000.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.
