Purpose of Position
Based in the Portland office, this role helps ensure product quality with accurate and efficient production assembly.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Conduct PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) incoming inspection.
- Perform PCBA tests, including functional tests and burn-in testing.
- Prepare and assemble materials following sales order directions.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and standards.
- Maintain accurate records in production file systems.
- Participation in group manufacturing projects
- Set mutually beneficial goals that support business and personal development.
- Support RMA, inventory management, shipping, and engineering groups, as needed.
The candidate should have experience and confidence in the following:
- 3+ years' experience with small electro-mechanical assemblies and ESD best practices
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Computer skills (word processing, email, spreadsheet data entry, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Standing and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Component-level electronic troubleshooting experience.
- Basic soldering skills
- Experience using a digital multimeter, oscilloscope, or similar test equipment.
- Working at a small company or in an agile environment.
Benefits
Compensations range from $19 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for performing functions associated with all wafer production operations. Performs set-up, calibration, and some preventative maintenance tasks on wafer fabrication equipment. You will have the opportunity to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization. You will be required to participate in safety expectations and culture. Assignments are routine and repetitive in nature with work performed in narrowly defined parameters. Limited judgment will be required to resolve standard problems as you will receive detailed instructions for all work. Training others with documented instruction may be required at a later time to support the business needs.

Manufacturing Production Supervisor will assist with managing various production activities on **3rd shift, 10:00pm - 6:00am** (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.) including: Planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**Summary:**
The purpose of this position is to develop and implement optimal, cost effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations and ensuring Company standards are being achieved.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment.
+ Coordinates manufacturing launch for new or revised products including establishing goals, training and evaluating results.
+ Accurately develops and maintains bills of materials and manufacturing plans.
+ Self directs continuous improvement activities based on observation and awareness of wasteful processes, procedures or systems.
+ Performs product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.
+ Designs, develops, tests, and/or sources and cost-justifies various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.
+ Works in direct communication with customers and suppliers.
+ Travels to customers and suppliers to support projects.
+ Develops Manufacturing plans and Costed Bills of Material in support of quoting activities.
+ Works with Supply Chain, Planning and Operations to ensure that the appropriate lead-times and costs in Infor Syteline-9 ERP system, assuring proper stock levels.
+ Performs and documents time studies.
+ Mentors less experienced Manufacturing Engineers.
+ Supports Operations personnel through problem-solving and by removing production obstacles.
+ Attends Quality Manual Standards Training and applies Quality Standards accordingly.

The Wax Manufacturing Technician is responsible for setting up dies and performing the wax injection molding process according to technical specifications. This role involves hands-on assembly and inspection of wax patterns, and reports directly to the Operations Supervisor.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Set up dies and conduct wax injection molding using detailed tech cards for various products.
- Execute the wax assembly process utilizing tools such as hand-held torches and cleaning equipment.
- Maintaining the integrity of wax patterns through routine cleaning and visual inspections.
- Fabricate gates and complete necessary documentation accurately.
- Develop and refine operational procedures as needed.
