**What you'll do.**
In this key role, you will provide manufacturing engineering leadership throughout a new model development program - from initial concept through final assembly. This will involve the application of lean manufacturing principles to ensure the highest quality, most efficient processes and products possible. You will:
+ Provide manufacturing engineering leadership throughout a new model development program, beginning at initial concept through launch at the final assembly facility.
+ Development of tooling and facilities based on product and process.
+ Apply lean manufacturing principles.
+ Lead virtual manufacturing assembly builds.
+ Drive resolution of manufacturing issues.
+ Interface with Design and Release activities.
+ Develop formal assembly process instructions and enter the process sheets into VPS system.
+ Lead assembly tooling specification purchase, installation, start-up, and commissioning at the assembly site.
+ Track all open tooling and process issues and drive to closure including meeting all exit criteria deliverables - cycle time, throughput, workstation readiness, etc.
+ Prepare management presentations.
+ Drive quality, cost and labor improvements.
+ Support new model launches. During launches, the position will require extensive travel, standing, and walking in a plant environment.
+ Deliver dimensionally in-spec parts for their respective system. Understand component data and a system impact.
+ Deliver cycle line layouts and work with the assembly plants to have a complete operator/equipment workstation ready for launch.
+ Operate in stressful situations within timing constraints
+ Work with minimal direct supervision
**You'll have.**
+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical or an equivalent manufacturing engineering
+ Willingness to travel and support launch activities at our North American Assembly plants (USA, Canada & Mexico)
+ Travel is required including co-location at a North American Assembly plant for 9 or more months depending on scale of vehicle launch.
+ 1 or more years of Microsoft Office experience to include Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Up to 40-50% travel required

The Manufacturing Product Engineer will be responsible for Level 10 (L10) manufacturing processes and test of high-performance servers, focusing on both CPU and GPU configurations. This role ensures manufacturing readiness, test process optimization, and product quality throughout the server build lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams in Design, Operations, Quality, and Supplier Management.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and support L10 manufacturing activities, including integration and test of rack-level CPU/GPU servers
+ Develop and implement assembly and test procedures for L10 manufacturing, ensuring compliance with quality, reliability, and regulatory standards
+ Collaborate with Design, NPI, and Manufacturing teams to review product designs for manufacturability (DFM) and testability (DFT)
+ Identify and resolve issues encountered during server build and test phases, performing root cause analyses as needed
+ Drive continuous improvements in manufacturing and test yields, throughput, and process efficiency
+ Oversee test fixture design, deployment, and maintenance for rack-level server validation
+ Assist in developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation, test logs, and failure reports

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 5+ years of experience in server/system hardware manufacturing and test (CPU and/or GPU server platforms)

Utilizing a broad understanding of SAP functionality and the cross-functional and technical integration aspects, the **SAP Enterprise Architect - Manufacturing Focus** will collaborate with the NTT Data Business Solutions Inc. and customer project resources to find the best holistic solution for the customer and project. The Enterprise Architect has knowledge of and access to all available NTT Data Business Solutions Inc. resources and will utilize the resources to bring the right skillset to the project. This position works closely with the project manager, engagement director and consultants to design and evaluate feasibility of proposed solutions in the context of project budget, risk and time line. The Enterprise Architect also participates in functional QA reviews of projects.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
**A. Services Sales/Presales support**

**Position Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or related field of study
+ 10 years of SAP project implementation experience across multiple modules and industries
+ Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP project implementations
+ Minimum 6 years of integration experience with other process areas
+ Minimum 6 years of leadership experience on SAP implementation/support projects
+ Experience configuring multiple SAP modules AND experience across multiple industries
**Additional Skills We Are Looking For:**

**About the role**
As a Manufacturing Engineering Lead supporting Google's DCTS team, you'll assist in scaling and optimizing the production of physical infrastructure components used in data centers.     **Responsibilities**
    + Builds templates for CTDs in line with Board of Health and other requirements across countries in which dossiers are being submitted. Manages multiple work assignments in order to meet project timelines.

    **Responsibilities**
    Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

    US: Hiring Range in USD from: $68,400 to $147,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
