 Continuous Improvement and Optimization
o Review key metrics and determine ways to improve
o Design and conduct analysis of issues, leading problem-solving efforts
o Improve manufacturing productivity and facility capacity by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
 Support New Products and Processes
o Analyze capital expenditures and project designs to help find ways to reduce costs
o Responsible for manufacturing-related responsibilities for new product launches; working with Product and Advanced Engineering to ensure new designs and processes are feasible.
o Optimization of plant and cell layout for all new products and processes
 Other projects as assigned

Bachelors Degree in Engineering
 Demonstrated hands-on experience with core manufacturing processes
 Demonstrated implementation of Lean Manufacturing (5S, TPM, Workflow and Standardization)
 Demonstrated formal problem solving (8D, Six Sigma)

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading all manufacturing engineering and maintenance functions. You'll oversee a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. A key part of the role includes managing the maintenance department and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, safety, and quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate new products and technologies into manufacturing
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes using lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing maintenance teams, systems, and preventive maintenance programs in a manufacturing environment
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes for powertrain and electric vehicle components
  • Skilled in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement techniques
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and cross-functional project execution

  • Experience with CAD and manufacturing software

We are looking for a strategic Manufacturing Engineering Launch Manager to join our team, responsible for driving the planning and execution of specific assignments related to the Orion Assembly manufacturing operations launch activities. - Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of facility upgrades.
- Ensure facility modifications align with automation requirements, ergonomic standards, and environmental regulations.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, safety to deliver integrated solutions from our site.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules for both facility and automation scopes.
- Track progress against key milestones and proactively mitigate risks, delays, or scope changes.

**Job Description Summary**
The Quality Engineer is a role within the Quality Control organization which oversees Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for all Quality Control software and equipment/instrumentation. The individual in this position will create, execute, review, and approve validation documentation, participate in cross-functional planning, and execution meetings as well as provide support for issue resolution.
Additionally, this role would be the Subject Matter Expert for Data Integrity for the Quality Control department. The role is responsible for identifying compliance and data integrity issues related to QC equipment and implement effective resolutions. The role provides assistance to Regulatory Agency inspections and audits in addition to providing guidance and recommendations for identified data situations.

The incumbent in this position is specifically to focus Quality Control Laboratories and provides software/equipment/process solutions to the laboratory. Qualifications
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in life science, physical science, or technology field with 6+ years' laboratory experience in QC functions in a GMP laboratory
+ Data Integrity assessment experience
+ Direct experience authoring/editing/executing validation documents for laboratory equipment and/or laboratory systems (LIMS, ELN, CDS)
+ Excellent knowledge of FDA regulations, ISPE guidelines and ISO standards
Knowledge
_Proficiency in a body of information required for the job_
_e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc._
