+ Directly support WSO Pluto Chiclet Line Manufacturing
+ As Photon Counting CT (PCCT) Pre-production Engineering Manufacturing Support at our Waukesha site, you will perform diverse and complex assignments in support of GEHC product manufacturing for the new detector engineering program.
+ This role will support manufacturing of the CT detector and subcomponents for the PCCT engineering program by operating precise production equipment.
+ Successful candidates will have a safety-oriented mindset and able to meet delivery goals in a complex and dynamic environment. This role will interface with process owners to receive direction and to provide feedback on the existing processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Equipment set up for production in accordance with specified settings.
+ Operation of developmental process including accurate digital records of the work performed as required for company's quality policy
+ Proactively identify hazards and assist in resolution of safety concerns
+ Suggest improvements to current processes and work instructions
+ Assist the execution of previously designed experiments
+ Collaborate with engineering personnel for process development and improvement

We are currently seeking full time General Manufacturing Employees to grow with us! A general manufacturing position includes the opportunity to learn the printing process from the ground up and advance in a progressive environment. In this position you will assist in the creation of various well known magazines/catalogs/newspaper inserts and other related products in either our Press or Finishing (Bindery) departments.
Qualifications
- The ability to take stacks (average 10-30 lbs. or more) using repetitive hand/wrist movement, off of the end of a machine (2-4 feet high) and stack product on skids from floor level to 5 feet high using repetitive bending and twisting.
- Moving logs as needed without lifting them (stand them up or lie them down).
- The ability to use a hand jack or motorized Raymond or Big Joe lift
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- The flexibility to work including days, nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
