Job Description

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This role involves working closely with engineers to set up and calibrate equipment, perform rework, and conduct quality testing on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. You will also play a crucial role in process improvement, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting production efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Execute manufacturing functions including equipment setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing.

  • Collaborate with engineers to develop and refine manufacturing methods and procedures.

  • Conduct experiments in partnership with engineering teams.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including QSR and ISO standards.

  • Identify and implement corrective actions for manufacturing-related issues.

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 3–5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination.

  • Proficiency in assembly and equipment maintenance.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position with two available shifts: 1st Shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 4:45 AM to 3:15 PM, and 2nd Shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM. Our facility adheres to stringent safety standards, providing a safe and productive working environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Minnetonka, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $7.25 - $7.25/hr.

**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This role involves working closely with engineers to set up and calibrate equipment, perform rework, and conduct quality testing on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. You will also play a crucial role in process improvement, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting production efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Execute manufacturing functions including equipment setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing.
+ Collaborate with engineers to develop and refine manufacturing methods and procedures.
+ Conduct experiments in partnership with engineering teams.
+ Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including QSR and ISO standards.
+ Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) decision-making process.
+ Identify and implement corrective actions for manufacturing-related issues.
+ Perform equipment setup and maintenance, including corrective, preventive, and calibration tasks.
+ Install and validate equipment and processes to improve yield and reduce cycle time, following established validation procedures.
+ Evaluate operating data and make real-time adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
+ Develop or revise manufacturing documents and procedures as needed.
+ Certify manufacturing associates in production processes.
+ Evaluate and order necessary equipment, tools, and fixtures.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 3-5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination.
+ Proficiency in assembly and equipment maintenance.
**Work Environment**
This is an onsite position with two available shifts: 1st Shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 4:45 AM to 3:15 PM, and 2nd Shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM. Our facility adheres to stringent safety standards, providing a safe and productive working environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Minnetonka, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $7.25 - $7.25/hr.
