As a Production Technician, you operate equipment to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands. Shift: Nights 6:45 pm – 7 am
- Standard rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
- 2 long-weekends per month
- Full time is 15 working days per month
Pay: Earn $23 Per Hour
- Earn $2 an hour
- 1.00 for night shift

You Will:
- Operate extrusion, injection or blow-molding machines & equipment.
- Monitor machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure).
- Complete basic machine maintenance.
- Check visual quality checks and complete corresponding data entry in SAP
- Participate in training to learn new skills.
You Have:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a high-volume production environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating manufacturing machines & equipment.
- Basic hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

**General Summary**
Responsible for inspecting scheduled preventative maintenance and customer requested repairs in the healthcare facility. Perform safety, quality, fire and housekeeping inspections and determine corrective actions. This position is located at the United States Naval Academy. Our mission is providing highly responsive and quality facility support to the midshipmen, staff, faculty and sailors located in Annapolis at USNA and Naval Support Annapolis. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Conduct maintenance, safety, quality, fire and inspections
+ Gather monthly inspection data and submit reports to Quality Manager to submit to the Public Works Department as a deliverable
+ Use the Maximo system to extract and input maintenance records, search for scheduled maintenance orders and print reports
+ Research required safety information for electric, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry trades
+ Schedule inspection activities
+ Communicate with site management regarding feedback from maintenance services and customer related issues to ensure contract compliance
+ Conduct safety related training sessions
+ Research quality and safety related information; incorporate information into policies and procedures
+ Other duties as assigned
**Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements**
+ Minimum of two (2) years of experience with quality inspections
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Knowledge in the trades of electric, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry or knowledge of utility plant operations or experience as a Maryland 1 st Class Engineer
+ Knowledge of NFPA and OSHA guidelines
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Team player Completion of 10 hour OSHA course
+ Must be able to communicate, in English orally and/or in writing, fluently enough to ensure quick and accurate communication.
**Physical, Environmental and Sensory Requirements**
+ Works in office areas as well as throughout the facility.
+ Physical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending reaching and lifting.
+ Limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc. but generally not to the point of being disagreeable.

Our client, a leading provider of utility infrastructure solutions for water, energy, and communications markets, is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join their team in Chestertown, MD.
This role oversees quality control operations at three (3) precast concrete facilities, ensuring products meet internal standards, project specifications, and DOT regulations. The Quality Control Manager collaborates with production, engineering, dispatch, and sales teams to maintain and improve product quality.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Control Program
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, DOTs, and NPCA requirements
+ Lead approval processes in new areas of growth and development
+ Primary point of contact during NPCA audits
+ Coordinate with DOTs or other jurisdictions
+ Oversee raw material and concrete testing documentation
+ Perform or oversee daily QC documentation and final inspections
+ Supervise, train, and develop the Quality Control Team
+ Ensure all precast products meet quality standards
Minimum Qualifications
+ 5+ years in precast concrete or related field
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
+ Certifications in ACI or PCI
+ Strong knowledge of quality standards (ASTM, ACI, DOT requirements)
+ Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
+ Stand, walk, stoop, crouch, kneel, bend, climb, or sit for extended periods
+ Work in industrial environment with exposure to weather, dust, and heavy equipment
+ Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
+ Use of PPE required on production floor
+ Schedule / Special Requirements
+ Overtime, early/late shifts, holidays, and weekends as required
+ Walk and stand for full 8-12 hour shifts
