You will be the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for the Production, Planning and Control organization. Our team is responsible for managing the internal Make Planning and Material Handling team within one of the production buildings on site.

As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing planning, production support, and material handling teams to ensure efficient production operations. You will oversee the management and staffing of approximately 3-5 direct reports and work to continuously improve production processes through Production Management Teams and operational metrics.

**Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in production, logistics, supply chain, or inventory control
- Experience with SAP or an MRP equivalent
- Demonstrated ability and experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.)
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and must have a final secret clearance prior to starting.
