Auria Fremont is looking for highly skilled candidates in technology, electrical and electronics to support our existing needs and the needs of upcoming launches or new business that we have been awarded. Successful candidates must have had at least 2 – 5 years of related, proven experience and the following Skills:- Robot Programing

Profitable, successful manufacturer is hiring a Manufacturing IT Analyst to report to the COO. As the Manufacturing IT Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the custom-built manufacturing system and database. Additionally, you will look for ways to improve processes and automate manual tasks. Design and implement solutions that meet the business needs and needs of the key stakeholders. Daily, you will have the following tasks:
• Design, develop, and maintain databases to support manufacturing operations• Write and optimize VBA code for automation, integration, and custom functionality• Develop and deliver reports as needed for key users• Monitor database integrity and data accuracy• Perform regular backups and restore databases as needed• Keep data secure by implementing best practices in IT security and access permissions• Troubleshoot database-related issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implementsolutions• Provide user support and training on any computer-related issues including software,email, and hardware issues.• Be a liaison and backup to external MSP supporting the IT infrastructure to ensureuptime and avoid system outages• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and operating systems as needed• Find ways to improve upon business processes through automation and implementapproved solutions
• Attend production meetings and act as the liaison between sales and operations when releasing projects to the floor
• Other duties as directed by management
This is a hands-on position that requires qualified candidate to work within team oriented environments including sales and production . Candidates should enjoy being detail-oriented and thorough, problem-solving, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and enjoy building rapport on the floor and working within a team of professionals. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Access, including advanced knowledge of tables, queries, forms,reports, and macros.
4. Proficiency with VBA programming for Microsoft Access
5. Reporting experience
6. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and protocols
7. General understanding of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
8. Strong with MS Office suite (Outlook, Access, Excel, Word specifically)Skills preferred but NOT required: 1. SQL programming2. Crystal Reports3. Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environments
4. Knowledge of bar-code systems and solutions
5. Experience with Active Directory
