We're searching for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our team at a brand new, state-of-the-art facility ! This is an incredible opportunity to shape the maintenance function from the ground up in a continuous, high-speed manufacturing operation .

The ideal candidate must have significant electrical controls experience and a strong background in machine health monitoring . They must also have at least 5 years of successful and current experience as a maintenance manager or engineer in a continuous, high-speed manufacturing operation.

• Safety & Compliance Champion: Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, including personal protective equipment and other health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Maintenance Oversight: Maintain maintenance and electrical schedules by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Operational Excellence: Partner with plant staff on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Preventive Maintenance & Projects: Manage all weekly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance events.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with plant engineers, corporate engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Flexibility: Be available to work any shifts and be on-call when needed to support operations. Regular and predictable attendance is essential to this position.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.

Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.

Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.

Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.

Other duties as assigned.

May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.

Basic Qualifications: 

High School Graduate or GED.

Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.

Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Must be willing to work the first and second shift.

Must have a good attendance record.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred.

Possess an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.

Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.

Excellent communication skills.

Thrive in a cross-functional team environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

*Must have the physical dexterity to bend, stand, flex, and reach as the position dictates.

• Production Worker: Support manufacturing processes by producing products, operating machinery, and performing quality checks
• Assembly Worker: Assemble components on an assembly line and inspect product to ensure high quality
• Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector: Inspect materials to ensure consistency and integrity, and maintain, test, and troubleshoot all QA devices
• Machine Operator: Operate machines needed based on work orders and inspect products for defects and machines for malfunction
• Material Handler: Identify, pull, pack, crate, and load products

• Experience in manufacturing and production, preferably in one or more of the mentioned sectors

We're opening a brand-new plant in Franklin, Indiana, and we're seeking a hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead our HR efforts on-site from day one.

This is an incredible opportunity to shape the practices of our new facility from the ground up. You'll play a critical role in the successful startup, staffing, and operationalization of the plant, building a strong and sustainable culture.

As the primary HR leader at our Franklin plant, you'll partner closely with local leadership, operations, and corporate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver comprehensive HR support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Be the Go-To HR Expert: Serve as the first point of contact for all plant-level HR matters, providing day-to-day support to employees and supervisors.
• Champion Employee Relations: Manage investigations and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policy.
• Lead Plant Startup: Provide hands-on HR leadership during the critical startup phase, including hiring, onboarding, policy implementation, and cultural alignment.
• Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Lead local onboarding and 90-day integration plans for new hires to foster successful transitions and boost retention.
• Support Full-Cycle Recruitment: Assist with recruitment efforts, including interview coordination, post-offer screenings, and timely onboarding documentation.
• Cultivate a Positive Culture: Foster an environment of open communication, respect, and trust, promoting employee engagement and problem-solving at all levels.
• Strategic Advisor: Advise plant leadership on critical HR-related matters, including performance management, compliance, morale, retention, and succession planning.

Key Skills:

• Employee relations and recruiting experience are required.
• Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite).
• Strong management skills, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent organization, administrative, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in various settings.
• Very approachable, capable of developing strong professional relationships, and able to foster involvement at all levels.
