● 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory level role.
● Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA).
● Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
● Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Lean Six Sigma certification or experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
● Bilingual (e.g., English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
+ Monitor for any unusual activity during patrols and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and information as needed.
+ Support Allied Universal management in carrying out post orders and security-related protocols specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Availability across various days and shifts
+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
