The Jr. Manufacturing Technician Analyst will be responsible for providing support to daily operations, reviewing the quality issues that are being called out in the quality gates, reviewing the failure mode, and reporting them to the right stakeholders.

Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. She/he must have the ability to work with various departments across the General Assembly. They will also be required to work closely with engineering, quality, and suppliers in various aspects of the overall manufacturing process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within the company and outside.

You will:
• Day-to-day coverage of the production line, including rapid response to out-of-control processes
• Investigate and identify defects reported by the quality gates
• Perform regular audits to verify and confirm standard adherence for critical processes (fixtures, adhesives, torque rollers, special sequence, etc.)
• Perform initial assessment for the issues reported in the line such as part assembly into the e-cube (for part confirmation), assembly/disassembly process (for assembly confirmation), part swap (AB-BA), etc.
• Support with the implementation of process changes to improve process quality and flow (PCR's)
• Generate and maintain comprehensive Quality Reports (QUAL) when required to support effective Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes, driving continuous improvement.
• Prepare, submit, and oversee Engineering Deviation Requests (DEVREQ) to address non-conformities or implement temporary changes while ensuring compliance with engineering standards for manufacturing/process related issues.
• Provide inputs for process enhancements and contribute to continuous process improvements
• Monitor in real time the quality indicators of the assigned areas, to provide feedback to workstation
• Create and maintain quality alerts related for the 'Critical To Quality' processes and to the repetitive quality issues of the assigned areas

You bring:
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Minimum (1) year of experience working within automotive or manufacturing
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills for resolving assembly issues or process inefficiencies
• Skilled with common workplace software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills
• Ability to use measurement devices such as calipers, flush gauge, gap gauge, and rule.
• Availability for occasional off-hours calls
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Lucid Motors is looking for a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment where you will work with highly motivated teams that are dedicated to world-class quality standards on extremely challenging projects. The Manufacturing Engineers work with cross-functional teams developing manufacturing equipment and processes throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will work closely with Design Engineering, Quality and Production to take product design changes and new designs from initial concept through prototype development and into full production.

You will:
  • Assist in the development and optimization of paint shop processes, and workflows.
  • Support data collection and analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain and update work instructions using tools like Proplanner.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support root cause analysis for process issues.
  • Participate in trials, validations, and implementation of new technologies or materials.
  • Provide hands-on support during production shifts to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles.
You Bring:
  • Technical certification or coursework in industrial engineering or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn Proplanner (Work Instruction Software).
  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

This role will play a key part in maintaining compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and other regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture in a fast-paced production environment.

RequirementsResponsibilities:

Lead ISO 45001 certification and manage safety management systems.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, PSM, DHA, and local/state regulations.

Conduct daily safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.

Perform jobsite audits, spot checks, and monitor corrective actions.

Lead incident investigations, reporting, and root cause analysis.

Support emergency response planning, fire drills, and safety training programs.

Maintain strong relationships with local fire, EMS, police, hazmat, and regulatory agencies.

About the Role:

Manage and lead ISO 45001 certification processes and Safety & Health Compliance Team.

Oversee EH&S, fire prevention, disaster prevention, and emergency response programs across the entire facility.

Conduct daily plant safety inspections and line walks to identify hazards, unsafe behaviors, and compliance gaps.

Perform hazard identification, risk mitigation, equipment safety reviews, and mechanical/ergonomic risk assessments.

Qualifications:

As a member of the operations Test Lab team, you will perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

  • You will set up and shut down production metrology equipment
  • You will routinely monitor production equipment. Adjust equipment setting parameters to optimize equipment performance.
  • You will Trouble-shoot, repair and test production equipment.
  • You will Replace, request, and maintain new fixtures. Order new tools and replacement parts.
  • You may assist equipment qualifications (IQs, OQs, PQs).
  • You will program, test and troubleshoot electronics (e.g. PCBA)
  • You will update equipment records in record keeping system.
