+ Develop, program, and maintain robotic and control systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise
+ Provide hardware and software systems engineering support for a wide range of existing measurement, control, and test systems. Support Quality and Manufacturing personnel in continuous improvement efforts
+ Collaborate with the Digital Technology Teams:
+ Historian/Machine Connectivity server application/server administration
+ Monitor and manage machine connectivity/availability with the OTN
+ Monitor and manage data flow from machine controllers to Historian database
+ Validate data quality and accuracy and identify new machines/opportunities for data collection that supports machine and process health improvements
+ Request, track, and maintain software licenses for related connected equipment
+ Assist and consult with projects/tasks related to Shop Floor/Operational Technology Networks (OTN)/Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
+ Collaborate with the Maintenance, Tech, and Quality Support Teams:
+ Network all available machines to include in OEE uptime
+ Develop and implement machine data-driven preventative maintenance strategies supporting the elimination of waste within the maintenance activities for connected assets.
+ Manage and support issues with DNC program transfer, serving as the focal for engaging DT or internal support groups when necessary
+ Monitor, analyze, identify, and implement performance improvements to increase the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes, including reducing cycle times
+ Track and analyze OEE data to identify areas for improvement
+ Stay current with the latest technologies and advancements in the field to ensure that systems are up-to-date and operating at optimal levels
+ Provide training and support to operators, maintenance, and technical personnel as needed
+ Confer with production team, management, quality engineering, and other support staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes
+ Support the lean and cultural transformation vision
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing experience)
+ At least an additional 3 years of Manufacturing experience
