PDS Tech Commercial is seeking talented **Manufacturing Engineers** at the Associate, Experienced, and Senior levels to support a historic B-52J Commercial Engine Replacement Program. In this role, you'll work on legacy airframes undergoing modern transformation-directly influencing one of the most significant upgrades in military aviation history.
**What You'll Do**
+ Create, revise, and review build and installation plans for B-52J components and systems.
+ Develop detailed work instructions and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation.
+ Analyze and interpret engineering data to identify process improvements.
+ Perform data-driven root cause analysis to resolve complex manufacturing issues.
+ Ensure compliance with AS9100D quality standards and internal documentation protocols.

**What You Bring**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
+ **3+ years of experience with aircraft** wiring, structures, or system installations.
+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of aircraft modification experience.
+ Experience writing installation work instructions and conducting producibility reviews.
+ Familiarity with troubleshooting complex technical problems.
+ Experience using tools such as CATIA V5, IVT, MANTIS, CMPRO, ADO, or GOLDesp.
+ Knowledge of EBOM/MBOM reconciliation and manufacturing planning systems.
**Education / Experience Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry and 5+ years of relevant experience (or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD). ABET accreditation preferred but not required.
