Job Description
The role of Software Engineer involves a combination of working independently and contributing as a key design team member toward successful development of machine tools and automated wafer processing equipment. This role requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience in writing code for automated process equipment. The preferred candidate should be detail oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Some international and domestic travel will likely be required.
Essential Responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in C# (5+ years of experience) for Windows desktop development
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Strong discipline in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles
- Microsoft WPF and WCF frameworks
- Solid understanding of .NET multithreading and C# concurrency patterns
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines
- Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources
- Self-starter, capable of working autonomously
- Participate in all project lifecycle phases, from design and code development, unit testing, documentation, release, and maintenance
- Define and implement improvements to existing code written by previous developers
- Use safe work practices at all times. Identify potential safety hazards and take prompt action to address them.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.
- Focus on the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), including design and coding of web pages, navigation menus, and interactive elements
- Assist with equipment installation, startup, and resolution of customer issues when needed, either at the customer site or via virtual means.

- Design, development and testing of new features (experience with automated machinery is preferred)
- Habit of writing clean C# code that is easy to read
- Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests

- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred
- Experience with version control systems
- Maintain knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces, and hardware subsystems
- Previous experience with Beckhoff, Siemens, or Allen Bradley control systems is preferred
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Computer literate and proficient in use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Strong proficiency in Visual Studio is essential for this role, as it plays a critical part in our development workflow and daily operations

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate **Manufacturing Electronic Test Engineer** to lead the support of our production as well as the development and deployment of test equipment. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful release of new products and the validation of test systems that guarantee the performance and reliability of electronic PCBAs and finished products. As a vital link between our Operations and R&D teams, you will play an active role in new product introductions, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and product quality.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**
+ Provide daily technical support to production teams to ensure equipment manufacturing capacity and perform periodic maintenance.
+ Oversee the design and development of automated functional test equipment for finished products and PCBA based on specifications and requirements.
+ Contribute to the release process for Engineering changes (ECN & BOM) and new software deployment to current products in manufacturing while minimizing impacts on production.
+ Analyze equipment performance, identify opportunities, and work closely with production to continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Analyze incidents and breakdowns, resolve technical problems (commissioning, test jigs, databases, etc.) with the aim of improving quality and optimizing production while increasing the level of product quality.

We are seeking a Sole Stitcher to support our Finishing Department by securing welt materials and stitching soles to the insole. This role is essential to maintaining our standards of craftsmanship and ensuring consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fold and straighten welt to ensure clean alignment
• Operate sole stitch machine to sew around the circumference of the boot
• Rotate and guide the boot through the machine for consistent stitching
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Driver’s License
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
• Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
• Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift repeatedly 5–25 lbs.
• Ability to perform extensive periods of sitting, standing, and bending
• Use of hands, tools, or equipment as required
• Repetitive motion required in stitching and finishing tasks
Work Environment:
• This is an on-site position at our facility
• Work may involve exposure to leather materials, adhesives, and mechanical equipment
• Noise level and temperature may vary depending on department
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 6:00am – 3:00pm (40 hours per week)
• Weekends and overtime as needed
Salary Range:
$10.00 per hour (USD)
