Position Summary and Responsibilities:
Manages all activities related to manufacturing of Electro-Mechanical Relays (EMR) value stream by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

* Lead daily production activities to meet or exceed output, quality and on-time delivery targets
* Ensure clear and consistent communication of the build plan, production priorities and status updates through structured daily meetings and effective floor level engagement.
* Collaborate closely with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to resolve roadblocks and support cross functional alignment.
* Identify and resolve production issues proactively, including material shortages, machine downtime and process inefficiencies.
* Standardize and continuously improve work processes, incorporating lean manufacturing practices and structured problem solving
* Foster a culture of accountability, communication and team work across operators and departments.
* Provides weekly, monthly forecast and quarterly estimates reports to management indicating dollars to ship and bookings of orders on a weekly basis
Qualifications:
* BA or BS in Business Administration or relevant field from four-year college or university
* 7+ years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Certification or working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, standard work and continuous improvement.
* Demonstrated ability to lead production teams, drive execution and manage cross-functional priorities.
* Understanding of forecasting and budgeting
* Proactive approach to problem solving with a sense of urgency and follow through on commitments.
* Working knowledge of Infor XA/ERP Systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability and willingness to travel: 10%
