- Relieve Production Techs for breaks and lunches
- Inspect line set-ups and continuously monitor operations
- Troubleshoot & repair machinery using mechanical & electrical skills
- Control scrap, reliability and quality through process checks
- Work with Team Lead on the performance evaluation process
- Drive safety, quality, scrap and reliability action items
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 2 years-experience in similar leadership role
- Experience in Plastics manufacturing preferred
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 2nd: 3pm-11pm
