**Responsibilities**
**Summary:**
This position will be required to provide engineering solutions to the plant to support continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process. The individual will have constant interaction with the manufacturing team including: quality, maintenance, electricians, shift supervisors and technicians. Will also interact with outside contractors and vendors. Required to promote and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
**Specific Duties:** (Included but are not limited to)
+ Plastic Compression molding, finishing and packaging equipment
+ Will focus in all areas of manufacturing to achieve safety, quality and productivity goals
+ Support safety first culture
+ Focus on reducing scrap, heldware and customer complaints
+ Support process and efficiency improvements
+ Identify and resolve root cause of equipment and tooling issues
+ Instruct others in set-up and monitoring of equipment, develop and support training initiative
+ Create and implement standard operating procedures
+ Participate in regular meetings with production, quality, safety, maintenance and engineering teams
+ Assist with new product development, alternate color, material and process samples
+ Complete special projects as required

As the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead the maintenance function for our CJ Schwan's (Better Baked Foods) facilities in Erie, PA - Northeast, PA and Westfield, NY, driving strategy, reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $90,750 to $151,250 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.Beyond base salary, we offer a competitive Total Rewards package focusing on your overall well-being.
