**Responsibilities**
**Summary:**
This position will be required to provide engineering solutions to the plant to support continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process. The individual will have constant interaction with the manufacturing team including: quality, maintenance, electricians, shift supervisors and technicians. Will also interact with outside contractors and vendors. Required to promote and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
**Specific Duties:** (Included but are not limited to)
+ Plastic Compression molding, finishing and packaging equipment
+ Will focus in all areas of manufacturing to achieve safety, quality and productivity goals
+ Support safety first culture
+ Focus on reducing scrap, heldware and customer complaints
+ Support process and efficiency improvements
+ Identify and resolve root cause of equipment and tooling issues
+ Instruct others in set-up and monitoring of equipment, develop and support training initiative
+ Create and implement standard operating procedures
+ Participate in regular meetings with production, quality, safety, maintenance and engineering teams
+ Assist with new product development, alternate color, material and process samples
+ Complete special projects as required
+ Perform all other duties as required

Compensation and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $90,750 to $151,250 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.Beyond base salary, we offer a competitive Total Rewards package focusing on your overall well-being. Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis:

• Assist with the plants' monthly closing cycle by performing various month-end reviews and analyses, ensuring financial information is recorded appropriately, and providing financial commentary related to plant performance.

• Support the timely preparation of periodic and ad-hoc management reporting for various stakeholders, including plant directors and division management.

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision-making.

• Perform variance analysis around labor, materials, and overhead, identifying trends and recommending areas for improvement.

Finance Business Partnership & Operational Support:

• Engage with Operations developing strong relationships to better understand and anticipate needs; provide analytical and financial guidance in support of plant operational improvement plans.

-Develops and implements processes and procedures meant to improve and maintain quality throughout the organization

-Reports to the Department head or Team Lead

-Performs inspections of finished or in-process goods, analyzes data, and identifies trends in defects or errors.

-Investigate quality failures and recommend changes to internal procedures to prevent future quality issues.

-Assesses and reports on the impact of process changes on quality.

-May be responsible for monitoring vendors or suppliers for compliance with established or contracted quality standards.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

-Active Top-Secret clearance

-High school degree with 2-3 years experience

-Ability to go on-site to location within Boyers, PA

-Performs work under direct supervision.

-Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

-Possesses beginning-to-working knowledge of subject matter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
- Follow procedures and directions to assess the quality of service provided through monitoring incoming calls and other work types which focusing on the quality of customer service, accuracy of information provided, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Conduct call monitoring sessions to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
- Provide feedback on call monitoring results.
- Evaluate recorded and/or transcribed interactions of a complex nature between the caller/chatter/correspondent and the worker, and provide appropriate context of ratings.

Minimum Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.
- Associate degree preferred.
- May have training or education in area of specialization.
