As a Maintenance Mechanic within our electronic manufacturing facility, you will be vital in maintaining and repairing the specialized mechanical equipment that supports the production of electronic components and assemblies. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, ensure precision operation of machinery, and support high-quality output in a highly regulated and technology-driven environment.

Our Team

You will be part of the Electronic Manufacturing Maintenance team, a skilled group focused on sustaining complex production equipment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Our team partners closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering to deliver reliable operations that meet stringent industry standards.

What You Will Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair precision mechanical equipment used in electronic assembly, such as pick-and-place machines, conveyors, soldering equipment, and automated inspection systems.
• Diagnose mechanical failures with attention to detail, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machine reliability and minimize downtime in a high-mix, high-volume environment.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs tailored to sensitive electronic manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and cleanroom or ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.
• Accurately document maintenance work and equipment history using CMMS or related tracking systems.
• Support training of operators and junior maintenance staff on proper equipment handling and minor troubleshooting.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years' mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in electronic manufacturing or a similarly precise, technology-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems relevant to electronic assembly equipment, including conveyors, feeders, and robotic interfaces.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical specifications.
• Skilled at diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues with precision and efficiency.
• Commitment to following safety, cleanroom, and ESD standards specific to electronic manufacturing.

What You Will Do in Your Role:

Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis:

• Assist with the plants' monthly closing cycle by performing various month-end reviews and analyses, ensuring financial information is recorded appropriately, and providing financial commentary related to plant performance.

• Support the timely preparation of periodic and ad-hoc management reporting for various stakeholders, including plant directors and division management.

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision-making.

• Perform variance analysis around labor, materials, and overhead, identifying trends and recommending areas for improvement.

Finance Business Partnership & Operational Support:

• Engage with Operations developing strong relationships to better understand and anticipate needs; provide analytical and financial guidance in support of plant operational improvement plans.

• Review and analyze manufacturing site and product line profitability, partnering with operations to understand drivers of performance and improvement actions.

• Analyze investment projects and growth opportunities to drive the best uses of capital; develop and present data driven insights to help the business make more informed decisions.

• Analyze operational variances working to identify underlying business issues; provide input to improve performance and drive better decision making.

• Knowledge share around KPI performance, providing input to drive better decision making.

• Monitor inventory levels, working with operations to provide data driven insight on optimizing balances and minimizing obsolescence risk.

• Continuously look to identify, challenge, recommend, and support process improvements, standardization, automation, and optimization.

• Provide continuous finance training (e.g., financial metrics and concepts, decision-making framework) to the plant operations teams.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a Business related field.

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, organize, and self-monitor workload.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to express ideas and exchange information clearly and concisely across functions and levels within the organization

As a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Electronic Assembly, you will play a key role in optimizing and advancing our Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) processes. You will join the Manufacturing Engineering team, a dynamic group dedicated to driving continuous improvement and innovation in our electronic product assembly lines. What You Will Do

• Lead process development and optimization for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) to improve yield, efficiency, and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new manufacturing technologies and automation within the electronics assembly lines.
• Analyze production data and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to identify root causes and apply corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, work instructions, and training materials to ensure consistent assembly standards.
• Support new product introductions (NPIs) by designing and validating assembly processes and conducting pilot runs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance PCBA operations.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in electronic assembly manufacturing, with a focus on Printed Circuit Board Assembly.
• Strong understanding of PCBA processes, including soldering (SMT & through-hole), inspection, and testing.
• Proficient with manufacturing engineering tools such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and failure modes effects analysis (FMEA).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with automation and robotics integration in electronic manufacturing lines.
