+ Review, recommend and coordinate TPM, PM, Proactive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance Programs to prevent equipment failures and maximize machinery uptime.
+ Take ownership, in conjunction with Quality Engineer, of PFMEA, Control plans and process flows.
+ Supports shop floor teams through daily interaction, problem solving skills and aiding in development of standard work instructions.
+ Manage outside contractors involved in process/equipment improvement.
+ Work closely with all levels of the organization to improve upon manufacturing machinery and process improvements.
+ Lead Kaizen activities, and document results.

The project electrical engineer is responsible to for defined engineering functions within the plant. They will coordinate electrical and mechanical requirements for engineering project assignments. + Implement processes that meet internal and external customer requirements. Develop and implement machine technology upgrades to improve quality, productivity, and safety. Support the evaluation of new products, processes, and methods.

**Education:**
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering required
**Experience:**

+ 4 + years experience with PLC's, AC / DC variable speed drives, electronic test equipment and calibration of electronic devices
+ Functional knowledge of voltages through 480v

**Role Purpose**
Coordinate and lead execution of the company's 5-year industrial plan aligned with divisional strategy, ensuring that this encompasses relevant investments, capacity improvements, future demand forecasts & potential business wins, productivity improvements and relevant standards adherences. 14. Ensure that the manufacturing engineering team keep the routings and standard minutes up to date, including correct use of the Altea system.
15. Support NBA with process cost per part and investment and tooling cost requirements
16. Establish standard process and cycle times at SOP.
17. Ensure process delivers target performance at SOP.
18. Hand over MS deliverables at SOP; operator work instructions, PFMEA, stage-drawings, PPM etc).
19. Lead process-related CIMS projects
20. Provide input into the VA/VE system.
21. Support problem solving activities. - Actively encourage the participation of all engineers in identifying and realising improvement opportunities.
22. Manage engineering team and ensure work follows divisional process, procedure and standards.

- DOT certification is required or must be obtained within 1 year
- Forklift, overhead crane, and clamp operation experience required or the ability to become certified within 60 days

- Process Technician Experience or associate degree preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment to test, blast, band, and paint cylinders utilizing a water-based paint and certifying cylinders when needed
- Ensures that processed product meets established regulatory, customer, and A-Gas internal requirements and specifications
- Follows quality protocol concerning required documentation of verifications and the documentation, notification, and handling of non-conformities
- Inspects and examines cylinders for defects, dents, and cracks
- Understands hazards of various gases; sizes, and contents of cylinders by reading and interpreting cylinder labels and the color-coding of tanks
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Process Technician Experience or associate degree preferred
- Forklift, overhead crane, and clamp operation experience required or the ability to become certified within 60 days
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hand tools
- Functional computer skills required
Physical Demand Requirements:
- Frequently pushes, pulls, moves, and/or lifts up to 50 pounds independently
- Frequently operates a computer using a traditional keyboard to input detailed information such as serial numbers
- Manipulations (seizing, holding, grasping or otherwise working with hands) up to 50-75% of the day
- Constantly works in environments with uncontrolled climate and some exposure to outdoor weather conditions
