+ Lead process development and introduction for new products, ensuring readiness of the supply chain and manufacturing systems.
+ Design and validate tooling, fixturing, and equipment for complex mechanical systems, particularly in MRI or similar high-tech environments.

**Required Qualifications**
+ B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering OR an Associates Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in a related field, OR High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, or tooling design.
+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project planning skills.
+ Experience with CAD tools (e.g., CREO, SolidWorks, Windchill) and GD&T.
+ Knowledge of metals, plastics, and composite materials.
+ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and DFx principles.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**

The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - NPI Process Development is responsible for tooling and fixturing designs and process development used in the manufacture of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) products. This role will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and manufacture complex state-of-the-art MRI system tooling and fixturing components throughout all phases of the manufacturing process as well as develop or enhance existing processes. Activities include detailed mechanical and structural design of sub-system and component manufacturing aids related primarily to MRI superconducting magnets, including analysis, simulation, documentation, prototyping, testing, verification, qualification, demonstration of use and integration as well as process development and validation.

+ Develop innovative designs to meet all manufacturing requirements for assembly, test, and manufacturability
+ Preparation and presentation of tooling and fixturing design reports and part/assembly drawing reviews
