**Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine analyses on incoming chemicals, materials, blends, and finished products.
- Follow standard operating procedures and controlled documents as outlined by the Quality Manual.
- Calibrate laboratory instruments and analyze line/tank flushes.
- Coordinate testing to ensure timely flow of production.
- Prepare samples for laboratory analysis and obtain re-samples as needed.
- Enter and manage test data in computer systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Comply with safety procedures and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments.
- Perform other laboratory duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry preferred.
- Prior experience in a laboratory setting.
- Laboratory experience with HPLC, GC, pH, FTIR, and other wet chemistry techniques required.
