As a member of the Global Operations Equipment group, The Lean Manufacturing Specialist will utilize their experience or expertise to solve problems, improve processes, and develop and execute lean objectives. **EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college with at least 4 years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment
+ Preference will be given to applicants with Engineering experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, a bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Engineering or Applied Science highly desired.
+ Knowledge of standard work, value stream mapping, one-piece flow, Kaizen, 5S, and other lean tools
+ Managerial level presentation skills must be able to sell ideas and influence others.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate across levels and within a complex matrix.
+ Self-driven, outgoing, energetic, passionate, and positive attitude about change.

**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Act as a change agent in the implementation of demand flow technology utilizing state of the art tools and methodologies
+ Establish and implement team strategies, programs, and practices to achieve world class manufacturing inventory turns and process flow
+ Support the lean strategy to reduce inventory, lead-time and waste at the manufacturing facility
+ Drive measurable improvements in productivity and product flow
+ Develop model lines through the Lean Road map application
+ Lead Action Workouts: develop pull systems, train personnel and other activities to achieve a world-class lean process flow
+ Develop value stream maps for the product lines and eliminate process waste through the implementation of lean techniques across the product lines
+ Support manufacturing and service center team in establishing product flow for plant value streams utilizing visual management tools
+ Encourage use of Lean tools to pull material from suppliers, through component plants, and into assembly
+ Lead the Special Projects Team analysis for process changes.
+ Collaborate with other salary staff on the test support team to cover responsibilities and share in equal workload distribution.

+ Walking, climbing, stooping, stooping, bending, lifting is all part of the hands-on learning process

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between
$77,400.00-$110,300.00

**District Overview**
TIC is a Kiewit Subsidiary that provides direct-hire construction services for industrial projects. TIC Denver has projects in Power, Industrial Manufacturing, Oil Gas Chemical, and Mining across the United States. Its projects range from small capital work up to major EPC projects. **Location**

**Responsibilities**
+ Provide supervisory direction of craft workers via the general foreman and foreman, managing the performance of productivity, safety, quality and schedule adherence.

**Qualifications**

**Basic Qualifications:**
- Experience with root cause analysis.
- Applied CATIA V5 experience or similar 3D software.
- Experience reading engineering blueprints and
