_1st Shift: (Wed-Sat, 5 am-3:30 pm)_
_$21/hr_
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Audit pallets for accuracy, damage, and packing quality
+ Collaborate with Inventory Control to resolve order discrepancies
+ Review returns and driver check-in documentation
+ Assist with warehouse training and enforce safety standards
+ Monitor and correct warehouse procedures and inventory practices
+ Maintain documentation for audits, safety logs, and inventory issues
**Qualifications**
+ 1+ year in a QC or warehouse role
+ Familiar with WMS systems (Synapse a plus)
+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Forklift certification is a plus
+ Ability to lift to 55 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
+ Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
