Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff on the manufacturing floor.
- Ensure production schedules are met, monitoring workflow and adjusting resources as needed.

We are looking for a results-oriented leader with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills are essential. You should be proficient in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and familiar with quality management systems. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. The ability to motivate and manage a diverse team, coupled with a strong work ethic, is critical for success in this role. JOB SUMMARY
Person will be responsible for logger recycling, tracker charging, receiving and stocking of logger and tracker products, special projects as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Receive and mark logger recycling as it is received and place on shelves
+ Sort and count logger units and document on supplied form from customers
+ Consolidate units in totes to send to contract manufacturer
+ Input count into the NetSuite system for rebate payments
+ Charge tracker products per work instructions
+ Receive and stock logger products when delivered from manufacturer
+ Assist other team members on special projects as needed
SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
+ High School Diploma
+ Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
+ Team oriented with ability to work independently
+ Computer skills including MS Office, E-mail, and current Windows OS
