The Manufacturing Financial Analyst is responsible for providing operating management with financial analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly operating results. You will have the opportunity to develop your unique skills, innovate, as well as take on expanded roles to capitalize on your potential while gaining global exposure.This position is responsible for:Creation, Tracking and Closing of Capital and Expense Investment Project Spendings, Percentage of completionsAsset Management: Capitalization, Disposal and Transfer of AssetsSupporting Month End Closure by Preparing Journal Entries Month End and KPI Reporting Activities such as Product Cost Walks, AOI Variance Explanations, Variance Analysis of Actuals and Budgets related to Projects and Transformation CostsSOX Support through Physical Inventory Reviews, Monthly Checklists and Plant WalkthroughsSupplier Reconciliations, Writing Lease Projects, Weekly OT ReportingPreparing Business Plans, Monthly Forecasts for Project Expense, Capitalization, Depreciation and Overall Transformation CostsSPW - Cost Deployment Pillar being the Compass of the Plant to Eliminate Waste and Loss in the processAct as a business partner, at times leading discussions, with operational and other support function colleaguesThis role requires strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities with an ownership mindset What you will learn:Developing relationships with multiple aspects of the organization to achieve the financial and SPW (Stellantis Production Way) goalsFinancial aspect of life cycle of a product and exposure to management of finances in manufacturingHow to drive SOX control, manage annual Asset Audits and perform annual physical inventories Applying financial principles to monitor and control costs while driving profitability within the plant Gaining expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and the ability to communicate financial results effectively to various stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting roleA general understanding of core Finance or Accounting principlesAbility to gather and analyze large amounts of data, interpret results, and provide meaningful reports to operations on a variety of costsWillingness to grow and develop a career in Manufacturing Finance The ability to budget, forecast and report actuals through the monthly close processProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Google and Microsoft Suites Preferred Qualifications:MBA or equivalentMinimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience in maintaining SOX compliance for a locationProficient in SAP and Hyperion Essbase and knowledge of the project writing systemFamiliarity with PowerBI and Business Analytics or any cloud-based data management platform

Job Description

Who we are looking for:

We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Shift Lead to be based out of Kokomo, IN reporting to the Production Supervisor. This person will be responsible for assigning production employees daily work orders and maintaining the floor order entry while being the floor's first point of contact for production needs.

What you'll do:

* Responsible to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with a company mission statement, core values, and other standards of conduct
* Identify and initiate Low Severity No Impact (LSNI) safety corrective actions
* Train, and develop crew members
* Assist operators in daily tasks as necessary to achieve daily targets
* Able to assist in changeovers, quality checks and start-ups on all products
* Basic maintenance knowledge, complete the hour-by hour boards, ensure 5s and housekeeping are maintained during shift.
* Back-up to production supervisor for the organization of floor order assignments
* Print production orders, labels, and tag printing
* Assist team members with technical issues and troubleshooting
* Prepare for production shift and ensure proper metrics are met
* Work with production control supervisor and production supervisors to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete daily tasks
* Accurately track and log production into floor order entry
* Ensure all operating procedures and PPE requirements are being followed
* Perform daily audits on production paperwork accuracy including responsibility for corrections and addressing errors with operators
* Participate in problem-solving with run rate achievements
* Standard work training, 5S, lean sustainment, and problem-solving
* Conduct product cycle counts and production paperwork training
* Support and actively participate in the continuous improvement
* Track and analyze data and implement changes for improving plant operations
* Participate in Lean Daily Manufacturing and 5S activities and promotes the plant Lean culture

All other duties as assigned



What you'll bring:

* High School Diploma or GED required
* Previous supervisory or management experience is required
* Microsoft Office skills to include advanced Excel
* Experience in steel manufacturing is strongly preferred, JDE experience is a plus
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
* Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Possess excellent detail accuracy and organization skills
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints/shop drawings
* Forklift experience is strongly preferred

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $25.11 to $27.91/hr. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
