As a **Recruiting Manager** within GM's U.S. Manufacturing organization, you will lead strategic recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried roles across engineering, operations, maintenance, and leadership functions. You will support hiring within a collective bargaining environment, ensuring compliance with labor agreements while driving talent acquisition strategies that align with GM's business goals and workforce needs across multiple U.S. sites.
+ Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on experienced hiring across GM's U.S. manufacturing facilities.
+ Develop and execute recruiting strategies for salaried roles including group leaders, maintenance supervisors, engineers, and other technical and operational positions.
+ Partner with HR, labor relations, and site leadership to ensure recruiting practices align with site-specific needs.
+ Support the implementation and optimization of recruiting and onboarding tools across multiple sites and projects.

**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years managing a team of tenured recruiters
+ 7+ years of recruiting experience
+ Understanding of plant operations, skilled trades, and shift work
+ Experience with high volume manufacturing recruiting preferred
+ Demonstrated success in utilizing data and metrics to drive decision making
+ Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and TA technologies
+ Experience building inclusive teams, managing performance, and managing expectations through ambiguity
+ Ability to travel up to 50%
**Compensation**
The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws.
The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.
+ The salary range for this role is $149,000 - $198,600. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

We are seeking Manufacturing Process Engineers to join us as a Process Engineer for our manufacturing sites in Baton Rouge, LA.
Our Manufacturing Process Engineers play a pivotal role in the successful operation of our plants (Refinery, Chemical, Plastics) and are responsible for initiating and leading improvements to unit performance in safety, production, and reliability in a dynamic team environment. You will think strategically, execute thoughtfully, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations. In this role, you will serve as a process technical resource, providing technical and operational expertise to address complex processes across business teams.
Process Engineers serve primarily to set longer term visons for unit performance and troubleshooting in addition to supporting day-to-day activities.

+ Mentor less experienced engineers on design practices, unit health monitoring, and troubleshooting
+ Provide support of abnormal and non-routine operations, including unit Turnarounds
+ Aid in the development of long term vision and strategy for product line improvements
+ Organize and design plant testing and product trials
