Overview
Taurus Industrial Group’s Specialty Services division is seeking a Manufacturing/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at our OEM manufacturing facility and warehouse in the Pittsburgh Metro (Greensburg) area. This role is critical in supporting production of our induction heating machines, co-axial cables, and specialty equipment, while ensuring efficient warehousing, order fulfillment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong supervisory skills, experience in manufacturing and warehouse management, and working knowledge of quality systems, including KanBan and 5S methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of manufacturing and warehouse teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
- Oversee OEM manufacturing of induction heating machines, wands, co-axial cables, and related specialty equipment.
- Manage warehousing activities, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and customer requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles, including KanBan scheduling, 5S, and process optimization.
- Coordinate material flow between manufacturing and warehouse to support timely project delivery.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to manufacturing and warehouse personnel.
- Monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, safety, and delivery, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Partner with management on production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Recommended Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience:
- 5+ years in manufacturing/warehouse supervision, preferably in industrial equipment or OEM production environments.
- Experience with induction machines, electrical assemblies, or cable manufacturing a strong plus.
- Education: Associate Degree preferred and/or equivalent hands-on supervisory experience considered.
- Technical/Operational Skills:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and warehousing practices.
- Familiarity with Lean/Continuous Improvement tools (KanBan, 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis).
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced production/warehouse environment.

Job Description Summary:
Krystal Biotech, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Support Technician to support our commercial manufacturing facility in the South Side. The Technician will work closely with the manufacturing team to uphold cleanroom standards, follow strict procedures, and contribute to the smooth operation of all manufacturing processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, breakdown, and cleaning of equipment and manufacturing areas before and after production runs
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure that facilities are prepared and ready for production activities as per schedule
- Execute and maintain strict cleaning and sanitization protocols in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct routine inspections of cleanrooms to identify any cleanliness or contamination issues, promptly reporting and addressing them according to established procedures
- Follow and document all procedures, including batch records, cleaning logs, and any other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste materials
- Support the maintenance of process gas levels, calibration of equipment, and preventative maintenance schedules
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Assist with movement of materials; work with EHS/Materials Teams for collection and dispensing of biohazardous waste
- Support a standard 40-hour work week with flexibility to support occasional off-shift hours and/or weekends
- Perform other tasks, as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical or vocational training in biopharma manufacturing, cleanroom operations, or related fields is a plus
- In lieu of direct experience, bachelor's degrees in applicable fields such as life sciences or engineering will be considered
- Experience with sanitization, aseptic technique and/or sterile processes in a regulated setting (GMP, ISO) is highly preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation
- Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and adherence to standard operating procedures

Praxis Resources, a rapidly growing custom manufacturing company that has been in operation for 28 years, is seeking a Defense Technician Specialist to join our team.
Manufacturing technicians are responsible for taking a project from the schematic stage to a complete project build. Build projects include but are not limited to: cables, breakout boxes, and chassis. IPC-620 and/or J-STD training a plus, technician should have working knowledge of soldering, striping wires, tinning wires and crimping contacts on wires. Technicians should be able to tie and sleeve wire harness using different methods, potting and molding experience a plus.
This position is on-site and requires employees to be timely in attendance.
Qualifications:
Desirable applicants should have the following:
· A strong mechanical and/or electrical background; experience in building cables and/or electronic & electromechanical assemblies is a plus.
· Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC-620 and J -Standard
