Responsibilities:
Plan and implement shop layouts to improve material flow and increase plant capacity and coordinate placement of new equipment to optimize existing shop capacities and new production processes.
Develop and implement efficient and safe work methods, lean material process flows, and ensure equipment and tooling for products is efficient and cost effective.
Provide training, written instructions, and standard work related to products to manufacturing personnel for critical processes to develop and maintain process capability.
Establish time standards by use of approved Industrial engineering practices for accurate measurement of work performed and facilitate the appropriate approvals to implement into costing system.
Evaluate production processes to increase productivity and investigate new methods of enhancing the product.
Coordinate material and tooling availability with appropriate stakeholders.
Process and implement Engineering Change Notices for products to ensure the design is producible as drawn, methods are defined via routing, and that all time standards, process plans, work plans, and tool orders are defined appropriately.
**Qualifications**
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), SAP

Responsibilities

+ Communicate job assignment changes as necessary.
+ Proactively address staffing needs caused by changes in material, equipment, and staffing.
+ Complete payroll system timekeeping and address exceptions daily
+ Effectively address and communicate any conforming product as per documented procedures . Provide directions to technicians regarding any required mechanical issues.
Qualifications
+ HS/GED required
+ 3 years in a manufacturing role
+ 2 year s in a lead or supervisor role

Process Engineering is responsible for analyzing and assessing supplier and in-house processes to determine process capability. Identify and drive process improvements. Support supplier assessment and selection process. Directs external resources / contractors as required.

The Quality Control (QC) Laboratory Analyst is responsible for supporting all Halocarbon activities related to analysis in the QC lab. This role supports the Specialty Chemical and Pharmaceutical production processes at Halocarbon and operates on a four on four off 12-hour rotating shift. The QC Laboratory Analyst is expected to prioritize tasks based on communication from supervision and team strategy. The QC Analyst should be a well-organized individual that demonstrates excellent safety awareness and bring a positive energy to the team. They should be a team player with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Quality and cross functionally.
The QC Lab Analyst will follow the direction of the QC leadership in assuring that Halocarbon meets cGMP, QMS, regulatory, and customer quality agreements. Operate various analytical instrumentation (i.e., Gas Chromatograph) to execute established test methods for analysis of a wide variety of products in support of a growing business. Operate, read, interpret, and practically apply regulations, industry guidelines in the cGMP (pharmaceutical) and specialty chemical quality management systems. Adhere to the laboratory Safety Chemical Hygiene plan to ensure compliance with 29 CFR . Demonstrate and model quality stewardship excellence through participation in and compliance with Halocarbon policies, management systems, procedures, teams, and training. Follow QC documentation and ensure that it is completed per the management system and regulatory requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
