We are currently seeking dedicated and environmentally conscious individuals to join our team as Sorters in our advanced recycling plant. As a sorter, you will play a crucial role in the efficient sorting and processing of recyclable materials. Your attention to detail and commitment to environmental sustainability will contribute to the success of our recycling operations. The shift will be 6:30pm-6:30am on a 3-2-2 rotation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and separate recyclable plastic according to established guidelines or categories.
  • Inspect items for contamination or non-recyclable components and remove them from the sorting line.
  • Identify and sort different types of recyclable materials based on their characteristics, such as size, shape, color, or composition.

Minimum Requirements:

Manufacturing Program Manager

Summary: Manufacturing is a pillar within Meta's Delivery Team supporting data center construction. We exist to support the predictable delivery of capacity at scale through manufactured solutions. The Manufacturing Team's primary focus is supply chain engagement and optimization. We accept Manufacturing Informed Designed (MID) components and orchestrate their detailing and prototyping to optimum manufacturability then work with our partners in Delivery to plan logistics and integration to avoid challenges in construction. This team is comprised of strategic designers, strategic builders, tactical specialists, plus internal and external subject matter experts (SME) including preconstruction managers, contractors, schedulers, equipment reliability engineers, and sourcing specialists. This position will lead program management of all manufactured components in support of Meta's RPL project. This mega-project is of such scale that it requires a high-performing PM to drive strategic and tactical aspects of first-of-kind prototyping, logistics, and integration. Never before have we relied so heavily on offsite construction; a necessity here to deliver a project of this magnitude on an aggressive timeline. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery of this capacity on what will be the largest project in Meta's history and one of a few of the largest data centers in the world.

Required Skills:

  • Program Management Lead coordination, document, and anticipate program needs to ensure cost, schedule, and quality in concert with the mega-project construction
  • Primary Interface with the Manufacturing CAPs (Component Accountable PMs) - to coordinate on Supplier production (manufacturing execution) including configuring supply chain, production, scheduling, strategic inventory, logistics, and integration in collaboration with our delivery and quality teams

  • Support team learning by bring lessons learned, vendors, new technology, and other topics to the group for exploration
  • Travel approximately 40% Domestic Travel to construction and fabrication sites required (including minimal international travel as required)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in program management
  • 10+ years' experience in construction, manufacturing, and/or project planning
  • Experience in large scale construction management and/or scalable manufacturing
  • Manufacturing-for-construction background with understanding of lean manufacturing and supply-chain management plus knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards in the field or industry experience with developing workflows and their associated flowcharts, schedules, and action plans
  • Experience building consensus and communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (stakeholders to executive leadership)

The Manufacturing Material Handler is responsible for moving the various materials handled during manufacturing operations.

Duties:
  • Assist as required in cleaning manufacturing areas and equipment. Assist in maintaining production rooms in a clean, neat and orderly manner.
  • Obtain all necessary raw materials from Warehouse personnel. Assist the Manufacturing Leads in verifying that needed raw materials are present and released. Clean outer containers as needed.
  • Perform various duties assigned as described in the manufacturing master instructions. Assure that all operations are carried out in accordance with CGMPs and Standard Operating Procedures. Complete all documentation correctly and in a timely manner.

  • Process product drums of tableted product by performing duties such as shrink-wrapping drums, tablet totes, weighing totes, and palletizing completed totes as required.
  • Assure that products leaving the department are stored in the proper containers, and that all materials are properly labeled and returned to the appropriate area.
  • Assist the Manufacturing Room Leads and Manufacturing Managers in other areas as directed.
  • Perform more complex equipment operations (such as floor scrubber operations).

  • Assists in replacing machine parts as part of repair projects.
  • Communicates with the Maintenance Supervisor/Trainer and other personnel as required in conjunction with maintenance and/or repair projects.
  • Follows instructions/procedures as directed by Trainer.

  • Compensation:

    $22-32/hr. (negotiable depending upon experience and technical skill-set)

    Job Description

    We are currently in search of a Manufacuring Solutions Architect to join our Georgia Operations near Atlanta, GA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and Deliver MES technology strategy and solutions to support Ignition software platform-based Manufacturing execution system.
    • Understanding project requirements to architect MES Application by using necessary ignition and/or ignition authorized 3rd party modules for use in manufacturing space
    • Design and develop IT infrastructure to support MES Application
    • Designing control/SCADA systems including databases and database interfaces, data analytics & reporting, scripting (python, etc.) and general programming
    • Manage - managed services vendors for IT needs for shopfloor applications
    • Provide technical leadership for both application development and architecture design
    • Recommend and implement common systems solutions covering all locations and functions, driving both BCS and the company system standards.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
    • Ignition 8.1 Gold Certification (Inductive Automation)
    • Hands on experience in architecting and designing and development of control/ Ignition SCADA systems including databases and database interfaces, Tag Providers, Ignition Edge/ Enterprise, and ignition foundation drivers
    • Hands on experience on Ignition Perspective and Python Programming
    • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Manufacturing domain experience
    • Knowledge of industrial control systems
    • understanding of back-end computing infrastructure used in manufacturing (compute hardware, virtualization, OS's, networking, databases, etc.) is a plus.
    • Strong issue solving and analysis skills
    • Skills and Certifications (note: bold skills and certification are required)
