Within our plants around the world, we're constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. **What you'll do.**
In this key role, you will provide manufacturing engineering leadership throughout a new model development program - from initial concept through final assembly. This will involve the application of lean manufacturing principles to ensure the highest quality, most efficient processes and products possible. You will:
+ Provide manufacturing engineering leadership throughout a new model development program, beginning at initial concept through launch at the final assembly facility.
+ Development of tooling and facilities based on product and process.
+ Apply lean manufacturing principles.
+ Lead virtual manufacturing assembly builds.
+ Drive resolution of manufacturing issues.
+ Interface with Design and Release activities.
+ Develop formal assembly process instructions and enter the process sheets into VPS system.

+ 1 or more years of Microsoft Office experience to include Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Details:
1. Own and implement a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with the organization’s prioritized business objectives and includes plans for existing and future IT solutions that deliver value realization.
2. Facilitate cross-functional roadmap review meetings to ensure changes in business prioritization are accurately reflected and roadmap stage gates and milestones are compatible with other business and IT objectives.
3. Establish and enforce enterprise-wide IT standards to promote the correct and consistent use of technologies within the organization.
4. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with IT investments.
5. Analyze requirements, develop designs and production migration procedures and oversee the implementation of business applications and services.
6. Create a comprehensive plan and structured approach to implement end-to-end factory automation including machine integration that minimizes the number of Operator keystrokes and resulting human errors and increases throughput while ensuring electronic Device History Records (eDHR) meet quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
7. Lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions such as ETQ Quality Management System (QMS) and a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) as well as related integrations.
8. Provide technical mentorship to developing IT members supporting ETQ and LIMS as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Continuous Monitoring Systems for Controlled Environments, Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) in addition to their interfaces.
9. Provide specifications for the acquisition of tools, as needed.

As a Production Technician, you operate equipment to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands. Shift: Nights 6:45 pm – 7 am
- Standard rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
- 2 long-weekends per month
- Full time is 15 working days per month
Pay: Earn $23 Per Hour
- Earn $2 an hour
- 1.00 for night shift

The Pencader Plant is the leading site for this DuPont business, with connections and influences for our other business sites globally. The business sells products in the automotive, aerospace, electronics, and oil and gas industries.
This role will have responsibility for laboratory activities that include testing to customer specifications and supporting product and process development at the manufacturing site.
This position will report to the Pencader Quality Manager.
This position is required to be in-person at the plant 5 days a week. There is no option for hybrid or remote work.
**Responsibilities:**
Process owner for Customer Quality Testing including customer specifications and round robin testing. Includes the coordination of production, machining and testing of required products.
Support for Manufacturing Technology Engineers and Application Engineers at multiple Vespel® sites
Ability to gather and analyze complete data sets Project Coordination for:
+ New product qualification testing
+ Product recipe and raw material change qualification testing
+ New process change qualification testing
+ Proprietary equipment qualification
+ Test sample preparation
+ Tribological testing (wear and friction Falex))
+ Outside laboratories and machine shop testing
+ Multiple sister-plant sample testing
Knowledge and Experience to perform the following test methods:
+ Tensile properties
+ Specific gravity
+ Coefficient of Friction (Falex) with multiple test scenarios
+ Deformation Under Load
+ PV Limit (Falex) with multiple test scenarios
+ Environmental attack
+ Dimensional stability
+ Rockwell hardness
+ Dye Penetrant Inspection
**Qualifications**
+ Demonstrated knowledge of lab analytical instrumentation including preventative maintenance and routine equipment calibration
+ Familiar with MS Excel and other statistic software (MiniTab, JMP.)
+ At least 5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
+ Bachelor's Degree in associated field preferred (engineering, chemistry, etc.)
