Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems is currently seeking a **Quality Control Technician** to join its team at the **Clearfield** **, Utah** facility. This will be a 12 hour day shift, Friday through Sunday.
**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Successful candidate will work independently to perform a wide range of quality inspection tasks.
- Perform visual, in-process and final dimensional inspections on tightly tolerance piece parts, subassemblies and final assemblies in the production area.
- Perform Quality Process Assessments
- Performs required inspections in accordance with procedures and planning documentation.
- Performs required inspections using standard measurement instruments.
- Routinely coordinates and interfaces inspections with Customer and/or Government Representatives.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS:**

- Candidate should have technical strengths in processing, operations, and inspection. Possess the ability to plan and organize work in order to accomplish assigned tasks.

Primary Level Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $70,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
