**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Operate, maintain troubleshoot and repair high speed, highly technical computer-controlled manufacturing and packaging equipment
+ Responsible for logistical module management associated with daily operation of the equipment
+ Perform quality checks and recording them in our automated computer system programs
+ Interpret statistical data to make quality and productivity decisions, we're a data driven company

+ Applies data analysis techniques including statistical process control (SPC) and six sigma (6σ) methodology to resolve and prevent equipment failures and issues that adversely affect manufacturing in the areas of capacity, quality / compliance or cost

**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ A minimum of a Bachelor Degree required in Engineering, Science or a related technical field
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ A minimum of eight (8) years of related work experience is required.
+ Previous work experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment is required.
+ A minimum of five (5) years previous people management or matrix team leadership experience of engineers or high professional experts is required.
+ Change management, project management and the ability to work effectively and drive alignment in a global/cross-functional environment through strong communication and empowerment is required.

In your internship, you will have the opportunity to have an in-depth exposure to our Brewery and/or Manufacturing Operations and obtain relevant experiences right from the start. The internship takes place over the course of 10-weeks; however, we are flexible to adjust as necessary based on the external environment and business need. Throughout the program, Supply Interns will gain an in-depth view of the manufacturing side of the business while experiencing either the corporate headquarters, the Supply (Brewery) or Can Plant Operations (MCC) organizations, as well as flexing creative and analytical muscles through project work.
Interns can be placed in various different areas of the Supply business; from working in our Brewing Department where they will have close ties to the process in which BEER is made, our Packaging Department to work with how the BEER is packaged in cans bottles or kegs, our Technical Operations group to work with teams on how the cans are made, or you may have the opportunity to work on our Corporate Team and help implement an initiative for process improvements across our Supply locations.

The successful candidate will begin by leading and stabilizing operations at the Jacksonville plant facility, where they will oversee a full-scale, 24/7, high-volume manufacturing operation.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned operations leader with plant-level experience, strong multi-shift management skills, and the ability to scale systems and teams across multiple facilities.
Lead day-to-day operations at the Jacksonville facility, overseeing 3 shifts and high-volume production across 20+ SKUs
Drive a turnaround effort focused on safety, quality, on-time delivery, labor utilization, and plant organization
Establish lean manufacturing practices and enforce standard operating procedures across production, R&D/lab, logistics, and maintenance
