Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.
The Opportunity
As part of the SAP Supply Chain and Operations team you are expected to lead the design and implementation of SAP Supply Chain solutions. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the future leaders, maintaining PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
