The Manufacturing Technician performs Manufacturing activities including producing and testing product, troubleshooting and improving manufacturing processes. The Manufacturing Technician will operate complex processes and/or provide technical support for the manufacturing area to which they are assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Set-up and operate complex or precision processes as assigned
- Test product using such equipment as Network Analyzers as assigned
- Be a subject-matter-expert for a given process
- Provide technical support and oversight to production to meet quality, cost, and on-time delivery goals
- Resolve production issues using root-cause analysis and establishing corrective actions
- Build and tests engineering samples and prototypes
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related to production processes
- Oversee R&D production runs to validate manufacturing processes
- Develop, maintain and update Work Instructions and other related documentation

Selected candidate to integrate factory process data of each spiral as it is produced to plan, develop, and implement optimizations and efficiencies; investigate efficiency losses/issue corrective actions to establish a stable, repetitive, and high-rate production line.
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of the following:
- Adhesive bonding and curing processes
- Composite materials and heatshield manufacturing

What You’ll Do:
• Perform manual visual inspection of vials/syringes in an inspection booth
• Identify defects, record results, and follow inspection protocols
• Maintain focus and pace during extended inspection periods with scheduled breaks
• Clean work areas/equipment, handle materials/waste, and complete documentation
• Comply with controlled environment gowning (coveralls, hairnet, beard net) – no jewelry/nail polish
• Complete computerized training and qualify to perform inspections

Epicor Functional Consultant Job Description
Our functional consultants will lead and build implementations for our mostly manufacturing customers over the different implementation phases. They will:
Understand and document the customer’s processes thoroughly during the discovery phase,
Lead and agree on the future processes and set up in EPICOR, based on their thorough Epicor knowledge in the Prototype phase.
Configure and build the future system for the customer in the Build Phase
Test and validate the functionality built with the customer in the Test phase
Conduct and support go live.
Do data Preparation and migration into Epicor with DMT
Work on Configuration and Support in a special projects and managed services setting
The modules include sales, engineering, and manufacturing processes for Make-to-Order, Assemble-to-Order and Engineer-to-Order manufacturers
Experience
Epicor
Good understanding of Epicor Manufacturing modules
At least 5 years of experience in Epicor Manufacturing
Epicor Finance knowledge: is a plus
Worked with at least 3 different Epicor Clients
Ability to use toolsets (BAQ, BPM, SSRS, Application Studio)
