**Overview**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our Maintenance and Engineering team. This role will focus on driving process improvements, supporting production operations, and contributing to engineering projects that enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in our instant ticket printing and finishing processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and R&D to support new product introductions and process changes.
+ Analyze production data and equipment performance to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.

The estimated starting compensation range is _$40,887 - $115,000_ . The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. Job Title: Quality Control Lab Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated QC Lab Technician to join our analytical laboratory team. The position involves thorough examination and analysis of various samples, including pre-purchase materials, raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products. This role is integral to ensuring the quality and consistency of our products through precise chemical and analytical procedures.
Responsibilities
+ Examine incoming samples, including pre-purchase, raw materials, work-in-progress, finished products, and others.
+ Prepare and standardize chemical reagents for laboratory use.
+ Operate GC-FID analysis for submitted samples, acting as the primary operator.
+ Sample incoming products following documented GMPs and written protocols.
+ Conduct inventories of compressed gases and notify QC Manager when usages exceed expectations.
+ Assist the Quality Control Manager in developing, documenting, and executing new methodologies to meet evolving analytical needs.
+ Perform regular internal inventories of parts, reagents, and supplies, facilitating reordering as necessary.
+ Help compose analytical documentation, such as Certificates of Analysis, as requested by the Quality Control Manager.
+ Perform scheduled calibrations of laboratory instruments.
+ Review and validate data from GC components, and assist with data entry for all analyzed samples.
+ Develop capability for informed organoleptic evaluation of submitted FCC products.
+ Collect, label, and store retain quantities for all submitted samples.
+ Execute additional duties as directed and appropriate for laboratory functions.
Essential Skills
+ Proficient in chemistry and laboratory practices.
+ Experience in physical science and analytical chemistry.
+ Knowledge of QC, Quality Control, GC Analysis, and Gas Chromatography.
+ Understanding of QA, Quality Assurance processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ BS degree in a field of physical science.
+ One year of related laboratory experience preferred.
