Job Title: Bioprocess Associate – Night Shift (6pm – 6am)

  • This role will require handling and working with hazardous materials such as caustic, acid and steam.

In your internship, you will have the opportunity to have an in-depth exposure to our Brewery and/or Manufacturing Operations and obtain relevant experiences right from the start. The internship takes place over the course of 10-weeks; however, we are flexible to adjust as necessary based on the external environment and business need. Throughout the program, Supply Interns will gain an in-depth view of the manufacturing side of the business while experiencing either the corporate headquarters, the Supply (Brewery) or Can Plant Operations (MCC) organizations, as well as flexing creative and analytical muscles through project work.
Interns can be placed in various different areas of the Supply business; from working in our Brewing Department where they will have close ties to the process in which BEER is made, our Packaging Department to work with how the BEER is packaged in cans bottles or kegs, our Technical Operations group to work with teams on how the cans are made, or you may have the opportunity to work on our Corporate Team and help implement an initiative for process improvements across our Supply locations.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ As an intern you will be assigned project(s) that will result in process improvement and be responsible for reporting on deliverables to senior leaders of the company.

**THE WORK**
The Production Operations Proposal Manager will spearhead the Production Operations Proposal Team, spanning Moorestown and Syracuse Factories, to drive proposal execution and collaborate with Manufacturing Project Managers and Program Teams to inform proposal development.
This role will ensure compliant proposals that accurately reflect the scope and resource requirements for successful manufacturing execution.
Additionally, the Production Operations Proposal Manager will foster cross-functional partnerships across RMS locations and Lockheed Martin to advance proposal process improvements and prepare for the implementation of new 1LMX toolsets.
