**Overview:**
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer III to support our Customer's aerospace operations. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned engineer who thrives in a fast-paced production or post-production environment. You'll take ownership of complex technical challenges, lead process improvements, and drive results across engineering, operations, and quality teams. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency, safety, and success of advanced aerospace manufacturing programs.
**What You'll Do:**
Working with minimal supervision, the Manufacturing Engineer III will lead efforts in planning, problem-solving, and implementing manufacturing solutions to improve production outcomes. Responsibilities include:
+ Conduct complex technical studies and analyze operations to recommend equipment, tooling, and production methods.
+ Author detailed work instructions and DRDI/DMT rework instructions to enable high-quality, defect-free manufacturing processes.
+ Develop and maintain Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOM) in SAP, Solumina, or Corridor to support accurate part installation and workflow.
+ Create make-or-buy proposals, participate in vendor negotiations, and recommend corrective actions for procurement-related challenges.
+ Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews and productibility studies to align engineering intent with production capability.
+ Apply statistical methods to forecast future manufacturing needs and generate operational data reports.
+ Prioritize workload based on production schedules and resource availability; provide timelines and estimates to leadership.
+ Develop and present business cases for process improvement initiatives to gain executive buy-in.
+ Serve as a project leader, coordinating implementation across multiple departments.
+ Supervise, mentor, and train junior engineers, assigning work and reviewing output to ensure alignment with company standards.
+ Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to all aspects of process design and improvement.
+ Support organizational goals for safety, sustainability, and ergonomics.
+ Act as a key decision-maker and assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the ME Group Head.
**Qualifications:**
**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing engineering, production planning, or related technical experience in a production or post-production environment.
**Required Skills & Knowledge:**
+ Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies (5S, JIT, SMED, KanBan, VSM, One Piece Flow).
+ Working knowledge of Six Sigma or other data-driven decision-making methods.
+ Solumina experience is required.
+ Proficiency with SAP, Corridor, CATIA, CADAM, V5, SmarTeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong understanding of engineering drawings, quality standards, tooling, and shop math.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects independently.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
+ Manufacturing floor support, discrepancy rework planning, and engineering planning experience may be required.

**Role Summary**
The Estimating Manager will prepare cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals, develop more economical ways to construct projects and provide comprehensive deliverables for major estimates. This position will be responsible for applying JE Dunn processes and tools to develop project estimates. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.
**Key Role Responsibilities - Core**
_ESTIMATING FAMILY - CORE_
+ Performs quantity survey of materials shown on project plans.
+ Reads and outlines project specifications.
+ Maintains an audit trail of the quantity survey from estimate to estimate.
+ Supports vendor/subcontractor pricing/bid solicitation and coordination.
+ Supports the distribution of plans and specifications to vendors/subcontractors.
+ Works collaboratively and creates relationships with a variety of stakeholders, such as project team members, subcontractors, vendors and clients.
+ Gains self-perform estimating experience.
+ Gains field operational exposure through onsite project support, as opportunities exist.
**Key Role Responsibilities - Additional Core**
ESTIMATING MANAGER
In addition, this position will be responsible for the following:
+ Prepares complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
+ Prepares material and other costs summary for quotes from vendors.
+ Tracks value creation items from development through inclusion and documents in project documentation.
+ Develops and manages scopes of work for all trades, including responsibility matrix, distribution of plans and specifications, and pricing, bid solicitation and coordination for vendors and subcontractors.
+ Utilizes knowledge of the project schedule and logistics in project estimates.
+ Assists with system analysis of building components and MEP systems and assists operations staff on project logistics, staging, phasing plans, and coordination.
+ Coordinates bid day summaries, general requirements and participates in project procurement presentations.
+ Collaborates with operations and field staff to develop more economical ways to construct projects during the preconstruction process.
+ Provides professional and comprehensive deliverables at the completion of each major estimate.
+ Improves project profitability opportunities by applying basic understanding of insurance structures, fees and rates.
+ Provides training and mentorship to others.

**Role Summary**
The Project Manager will provide overall direction and leadership on moderately complex projects, or a portion of large construction projects. This position will fully implement and manage the operation and administration of projects. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.
**Key Role Responsibilities - Core**
_PROJECT MANAGEMENT FAMILY - CORE_
+ Leads all aspects of the company's safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others. Investigates safety incidents and retrains staff as needed.
+ Manages the JE Dunn prestart checklist form.
+ Supports the preconstruction team including quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope of work development, scope review, bid package development, schedule development, bid list creation and bid advertisement.
+ Leads plan and implementation of buyout schedule. Verifies pricing and scope, identifies successful bidders, provides gap analysis against initial scope and manages issuance of subcontracts.
+ Manages the submittal schedule setup. Coordinates priorities with the team; reviews and approves all shop drawings and samples prior to submittal to architects or engineers.
+ Ensures approved submittals are returned to subcontractors and available to project team per the project schedule and the contract.
+ Coordinates with Logistics to obtain pricing on materials and equipment.
+ Confers with risk management to ensure approval and/or bonding requirements for subcontractors. Reviews decisions with project leader. Provides ongoing risk analysis of subcontractors throughout project lifecycle.
+ Coordinates the various stakeholders of the project including but not limited to subcontractors, owner, field, design team, vendors, etc.
+ Disseminates change requests to subcontractors for pricing and schedule input. Gathers and evaluates subcontractor pricing to confirm accuracy.
+ Prepares, submits and obtains owner/architect approval for change requests.
+ Leads various meetings such as monthly project reviews, progress meetings and OAC (Owner Architect) meetings.
+ Completes monthly subcontractor and owner pay application process.
+ Prepares project schedule with the Project Superintendent. Gathers input from project team and utilizes Lean principles as appropriate. Develops and updates project schedule for both preconstruction and construction activities. Manages materials, labor and procurement logs to ensure appropriate resources are available to meet the project schedule.
+ Identifies potential schedule impacts including scope, weather, manpower and changes, and facilitates mitigation plans for these impacts.
+ Provides appropriate written documentation for decisions affecting various aspects of the project such as budget, schedule, legal, quality and/or safety. Employs current best practices for documentation requirements.
+ Provides a variety of regular reporting and analysis to project team(s) to communicate overall project status and profitability.
+ Prepares monthly cost and margin forecast with input from superintendent and reviews with the project team. Participates in the development of the project budget. Regularly reviews costs relative to the budget and highlights discrepancies to enable improved financial performance.
+ Leads overall project closeout process using best practice standards, tools and processes such as the close-out punch list, financials, sub contracts, warranties, etc.
+ Interfaces with region/company legal counsel as appropriate.

+ Identifies, understands and actively manages project risks.

+ Utilizes awareness, experience and knowledge to identify problems and recommends solutions for review and implementation by the team.

**Job Summary**
Join our Savannah logistics operation as a Wine, Spirits, and Beer Replenisher. This essential role is responsible for picking and replenishing wine, spirits, and beer products using a cherry picker and other powered equipment. You will work with United technology to scan, verify, and move inventory, ensuring safety, sanitation, and security throughout our facility. Flexibility to assist with inventory control and preparing shipments is required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive and follow daily assigned task sheets
+ Scan and verify product type, size, and quantity using United technology
+ Operating at heights (using cherry picker/power equipment) to pick products by hand
+ Move cases/bottles for replenishment following designated procedures
+ Complete quality assurance documents for inventory discrepancies
+ Maintain accurate inventory records, product rotation, and security
+ Assist with physical inventories as needed
+ Complete and submit daily power equipment checklists
+ Report safety and mechanical issues in writing
+ Safely and efficiently operate all equipment
+ Keep work areas neat, clean, and safe
+ Assist with the security of the facility
+ Perform other duties as assigned
