Join Our Team as a Sr. Automation Manager!
Responsibilities:
+ Lead the electrical maintenance and controls department overseeing power distribution, automation networks, and control systems.
+ Manage complex automation projects from design through implementation, including capital planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
+ Develop and execute electrical inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and compliance.
+ Implement and support MES, Data Historian, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems to optimize production performance.
+ Design, scale, and test automation processes, equipment, and instrumentation.
+ Direct and schedule controls/electrical teams for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration activities.
+ Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical development for maintenance and controls personnel.
+ Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication on progress, performance, and results.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
+ Proven leadership experience managing both salaried and hourly technical teams.
+ Hands-on expertise in programming and implementing industrial control systems (PLC/HMI - Rockwell, Modicon, Siemens, GE, Fanuc).
+ Strong understanding of electrical systems ranging from 120V to 35kV and related industrial equipment.
+ Skilled in control system design, ladder logic, HMI programming, and instrumentation.
+ Demonstrated problem-solving and project management abilities with a focus on technical excellence.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $117,750 to $196,250 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

**Position Summary**
The quality auditor is an essential role in the manufacturing industry. The quality auditor ensures the consistent production of quality products. This is accomplished by performing quality checks at each production stage including testing of the product, documenting the results of each audit, and assisting in a variety of other duties.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Auditing of processes, procedures, and product:
+ Perform quality inspections of the product at every stage of production. It is estimated that 80% of your time shall be on the production floor evaluating the quality of each item produced to meet the required specifications.
+ Verification that production is meeting the requirements of each production job.
+ Maintain quality records by properly completing the required audit and quality forms.
+ Pull samples for both internal testing and customer needs.
+ Testing of raw materials, product, and equipment:
+ Perform testing of products in a timely manner
+ Evaluate the results of testing to meet specifications, and report results back to operations when they do not meet defined requirements
+ Document results of completed testing in electronic format, and file any paper documents
+ Assist with the maintenance and calibration of all testing equipment.
+ Management of Non-Conforming products and incoming materials:
+ Understand the cause of basic nonconforming defects, and communicate findings to operators and supervisors
+ Assist in establishing disposition and sorting limits/guidelines of non-conforming product
+ Monitoring sorting process, assisting when necessary to ensure correct re-work of product
+ Reporting and communication of daily observations and findings:
+ Report the results of performed audits and testing to all operations at the end of each shift
+ Communicate found issues immediately to machine operators and supervisors as needed
+ Communicate daily findings within quality department
+ Provide support to the Department and the Organization:
+ Assisting with safe practice/housekeeping (AIB/GMP) within the organization. (Be a good role model and help enforce the rules of conduct, safety and housekeeping).
+ Maintain quality records by filing or data entry into the computer and archiving as needed.
+ Providing basic quality training to new production employees
+ Training of new QA auditors
+ Adhere to all safety rules and policies:
+ Identify and report safety concerns
+ Hold self & co-workers accountable for safe working habits
+ Timely reporting of accidents or injuries
+ Adhere to all company policies, to include but not limited to -
+ Reporting to work as scheduled, adhering to company attendance policies andexpectations
+ Reporting to work on time and supporting schedule changes and/or overtime assignments
+ Complying with all AIB /GMP guidelines
+ Communicating in a manner that is respectful and promotes teamwork.
+ Other tasks as apparent or assigned.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Must be able to communicate in English, as well as read, understand and follow work instructions as provided in the English language
+ Must be detail-oriented and organized
+ Must possess the ability to multi-task and have strong communication skills.
+ Willingness to learn and improve personal, team and organizational performance
+ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
+ Ability to use, maintain and calibrate test equipment
+ Ability to obtain certification and operate a forklift in a safe and proper manner
+ Ability and willingness to follow procedures

+ Must be willing and able to train other people
**Education and Experience**
+ High School/GED diploma
+ Preferred 2-year quality experience in a manufacturing setting.
**Working Conditions**
+ Lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
+ Must be able to obtain a forklift certification and the ability to climb on/off forklift to support job tasks
+ Stand and/or walk up to 8-12 hours per day
+ Stoop, bend, scoop, climb and twist as necessary to support work duties
+ Perform work tasks involving hands, arms, and upper body; includes work above shoulder height
+ Work up to 12-hr. work shift and be able to work overtime as requested
+ Must have color vision and good visual acuity
+ Must have personal transportation to go between facilities as required. Requires valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

About the Role
Position will perform loan reviews for Retail and Indirect loans and may assist with portions of Agricultural and/or Business Loans. Assist with quality control (QC) Reviews for Mortgage Loans. Ensures safety and soundness of the lending portfolios as well as compliance with FPB Lending Policies, Guidelines/Procedures, QC Plans, higher risk regulations, and any investor, guarantor, or Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) requirements, such as Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

- Execute loan review assignments independently in support of department objectives and strategy.
- Complete assigned loan review work and project tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare potential loan review or QC findings when exceptions are identified, taking into consideration the root cause of the issue, and provide a realistic recommendation for enhancing internal controls or efficiency of operations.
- Work with Internal Audit/Loan Review Management to communicate test results to business unit management.
- Use discretion and judgement when performing loan reviews.
- Responsible for personal development through continued enhancement of technical skills for assigned loan review areas.
- Build relationships with the lending areas and other areas as needed.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in one or more of the lending areas and/or an understanding of loan operations Foundational knowledge of lending, compliance, and safety and soundness requirements.
- Ability to perform and analyze data and/or results of loan review testing, independently and efficiently, delivering loan reviews in an organized and easy to understand style.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, grow, incorporate feedback, and apply new information.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Coordinates and works well with others.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a loan review or QC, lending, auditing, or compliance preferred.
- Prior experience in loan review/lending/audit/compliance/internal controls is preferred.
- Professional certification related to lending a plus.
