**Responsabilidades:**

· Distribuye a los auxiliares de producción según la demanda o necesidad en el área asignada.
· Coordina el transporte del producto terminado en su área de trabajo.
· Realizará actividades de producción como operación de maquinaria, trabajo en celdas, entre otras, según las necesidades del negocio y a discreción del Supervisor o Gerente.
· Generará órdenes de soporte técnico ("Trabajos") para las instalaciones, el mantenimiento y el laboratorio.
· Se asegurará de cumplir y ejecutar las disposiciones de las Políticas, Procedimientos y Normas de Seguridad Ocupacional, Calidad, Medio Ambiente, Seguridad Física de Planta, Finanzas, Recursos Humanos, entre otras.
· Desempeñará otras funciones relacionadas dentro del área de trabajo, según lo indique el Supervisor o su designado.
· Coordinará los moldes que salen del taller para producción.
· Aplicando sus conocimientos y habilidades, realizará otras tareas adicionales y relacionadas que, en situaciones extraordinarias y en cualquier otra área, requieran su intervención, según las instrucciones del Ingeniero de Procesos, su supervisor inmediato u otra persona que represente a la unidad de negocio.

As a member of this engineering design team, you will have the opportunity to work with the team that architects the next state of the art server generations for various Oracle cloud applications.

+ A Journeyman Machinist with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Electronics and Computer Technologies, and Data Centers
+ An expert in working with programmable CNC machine (to layout and program CNC mill and manual mill), manual lathe, bandsaw, various drilling tools, welding, arc, gas brazing, MIG, TIG, soldering, resharpen and grind tooling, etc., with a record to reflect the experience
+ To be able to read blueprints and drawings, CAD drafting, and experience with thermal and air flow designs and fixtures within an R&D environment
+ To be able to do metal working, woodworking, plastics, and building parts/fixtures
+ Full capability on running various 3D printer machines, and the necessary activities to keep them in good working orders, with setting up schedules for regular maintenance
+ Build and lift high-end servers into racks, similar to data center environment
+ A self-starter individual who can work alone and with minimum guidance

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible to directly supervise employees in the Production Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Safety
- Attend and perform all EHS training assigned.
- Promote MESH processes and policies to all employees under his/her supervision.

Quality

- Ensures proactive engagement and representation of Manufacturing within other Teams to support business continuity and continuous improvement.
- Support change management, process and design innovation, supply chain leverage, cost effectiveness and process robustness during development and manufacturing.
- Responsible for setting employee objectives linked to the Plants Key Operating Objectives and other key operational metrics.
- Responsible for on-time performance feedback, coaching and counseling to employees under his/her responsibility tied to established objectives, employee handbook, processes, policies and procedures.
- Pursues organizational development strategies for enhanced goal alignment, professional skills and organization flexibility.
- Develops and supports Business Team objectives utilizing Six-Sigma/Lean Techniques in support of continuous process improvement activities.
- Responsible of maintaining a functional cross training matrix between the employees.
- Assure of employee's timecard data entry and payment integrity through Time Attendance System.

**Qualifications:**
**Minimum Requirements:**
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience: 3 years of supervisory experience and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Languages: English and Spanish written and speaking.
Systems: Computer literate: Intermediate knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and Inventory Management Systems.
