The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting production operations, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring product quality in our cold heading department. This role involves close collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot production challenges, and support customer inquiries on new products.
Responsibilities
+ Develop, evaluate, and improve cold heading and forming processes for production efficiency and quality.
+ Troubleshoot process and tooling issues on the production floor.
+ Design and specify tooling and equipment for new and existing parts.
+ Work with Quality and Production teams to reduce scrap and downtime.
+ Analyze production data and recommend improvements.
+ Assist with machine setup procedures and process documentation.
+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
+ Support new product development and process validation.
+ Collaborate with customers and vendors on technical requirements and improvements.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Minimum 2-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (cold heading or metal forming strongly preferred).
+ Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
+ Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or similar).
+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing, SPC, and root cause analysis.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in fastener manufacturing.
+ Familiarity with cold heading machines (e.g., National, Waterbury, or Sacma) and tooling.
+ Knowledge of heat treating, plating, and secondary operations.
+ Experience working in an ISO-certified environment.
Work Environment
The work environment involves working closely with various teams to ensure high-quality production. Familiarity with cold heading machines and tooling is advantageous. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

What You'll DoAs the Booster Manufacturing Operator, you will efficiently set-up, fill, inspect and package all Cast Booster products. The operator will assure safe and timely processing of PETN to supply the demand of booster operations with respect to plant and site specific safety rules and quality standards. Other duties will include:
- Manufacture a quality Booster product
- Responsible for properly stocking manufacturing areas and preparing product for shipping.
- Set up canisters on specific tooling, pouring hot pentolite into canisters and moving carts into cooling tunnels.
- Melt down process of transferring melted TNT/Triton from the pre melter into main pots. Will be required to add PETN to main pots per specific formulations, and monitoring the process per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Will be loading empty plastic or corrugated canisters onto pallets.
- Will be cleaning and packing finished product into corrugated boxes for shipping. Stamping Canisters will be required
- Must drive a van/box truck to transport product, prepare, operate and unload centrifuge.
- Must complete proper documentation and balances while maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Promote implementation of industry best practices, pursue the elimination of waste and support initiatives in manufacturing.
- Focus on improving safety and quality and minimize the impact to current production
- Actively participate in a partnership with Maintenance to problem solve safety issues and improve machine up time.
- Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives and regulations.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred - on the job training is provided
- Must have a valid drivers license.

This role is responsible for final assembly, testing/debugging, field installation and service of custom automation machinery. **What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, visitors, and patients.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and verifying credentials as required.
+ Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and procedures.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents as required by site policies.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Job Description
This is a Finance position responsible for controlling the day-to-day operations of the Inventory Control functions, which includes performing cycle counts of the warehouse inventory, conducting investigations of suspected out-of-balance items and making corrections to the inventory based upon that research, coordinating all special processing of inventory including return to vendor shipments and performing other related tasks.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Manage the inventory control, driver check-in and quality assurance functions effectively and directs staff to identify and resolve variance, and potential variances, to achieve an accurate perpetual inventory count and protect company assets
+ Maintain, develop, and implement procedures that ensure the highest levels of inventory accuracy are achieved while minimizing the amount of shrink incurred
+ Manage the driver check-in function ensuring that all dues are collected and deposited intact and in a timely manner, all obligations are accounted for and imaged, and all obligation adjustments are accurately made in a timely manner
+ Review daily inventory reports for possible errors and reports information to Finance, Operations, and Merchandise departments
+ Organize and facilitate shrink meetings and identify the root causes for shrink
+ Participate in the hiring and training of inventory associates
+ Responsible for performance management and development of inventory associates
+ Manage the Product Recall process
+ Ensure that the Company is Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) compliant
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree is preferred
+ Must be properly trained and licensed in the operation of powered industrial equipment as appropriate
+ Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certification preferred
**Experience**
3 to 5 years of inventory control management in a food manufacturing or distribution
**Skills**
+ Strong PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Database concepts
+ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
+ Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of an organization
+ Must have exemplary listening skills to facilitate effective two-way communication
+ Strong problem-solving skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Must be able to read, write and speak English
