As a Quality Control Technician in the CCS Division, located in Winchester, VA you will ensure products meet the highest standards of quality by testing, sorting, sampling, and weighing raw material or processed machined, fabricated or assembled parts and by inspecting products for defects, wear, and deviations from specifications. Quality technicians help support the manufacturing process by documenting all quality issues and tracking and adjusting the inventory systems. This position requires ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and product specifications worksheets to measure and test the quality of products with little to no supervision.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Inspect, test or measure products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications
+ Notify production supervisors and other personnel of production problems, and assist in identifying and correcting the issue
+ Examine work orders and converse with equipment operators and maintenance technicians to ascertain whether mechanical or human errors contributed to quality
+ Assist and facilitate rework activities
+ Maintain a safe and accident-free environment by adhering to safety standards and identifying safety issues and reporting them to his/her supervisor or the safety manager
**Qualifications:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent, two-year degree or equivalent preferred
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
+ Must be detail oriented and have basic math skills, necessary computer skills that includes spreadsheet and database software experience
+ Previous experience using basic measurement equipment preferred

As a QC Laboratory Analyst, you could work in an analytical or microbiological laboratory environment that stays in sync with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). The work will require collection, labeling, analysis, and results recording related to raw materials, intermediate products, finished goods, packaging materials and other samples. Tracking, trend analysis, and other Quality Control (QC) related responsibilities will be performed as directed by laboratory systems.
In addition to laboratory testing, QC Analysts may be required to write control documents like Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), deliver training, perform system health assessments, carry out "on the floor" coaching, , facilitate or participate in quality system failure investigations. Maintain cGMP principles and Good Documentation practices.

We do various types of work including performing raw material, finished goods, intermediate, and development sample analysis according to standard analytical procedures. We perform routine instrument maintenance and calibration as needed during analytical work. We conduct limited instrument troubleshooting and problem diagnosis. We use discernment based on knowledge and experience as to the accuracy and reliability of analytical results. You will observe and identify problems with results and report to your supervisor. You will conduct analytical method development work with direct supervision and mentorship from Lab Leadership or other staff members. Senior Financial Analyst, Manufacturing at a Glance

Under the leadership of the Plant Controller, this position leads the financial planning and reporting processes for one of the operating units at the plant and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all financial policies, maintaining internal controls, establishing operating budgets, and accurately forecasting and reporting financial performance. We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Technician (MET) who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

Pay Range: 25K - 32K (rate offer commensurate with experience)

  • Evaluate mechanical, electrical, and control system set-up and start-up of CNC grinding machines and automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Inspect and validate machinery performance against engineering and customer specifications, focusing on reliability, precision, and process optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and repair automation systems, including PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, and embedded control systems.
  • Conduct machine vibration and noise analysis, utilizing diagnostic instrumentation and reporting software.
  • Load, configure, and verify machine control software for custom grinding cycles, validating I/O functionality and optimizing software logic.
  • Perform machine capability studies and analyze manufacturing data to ensure compliance with customer tolerances and quality standards.
  • Lead and direct final system testing , machine alignment, calibration, and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing).
  • Train customers and internal teams on machine operation, safety procedures, and diagnostic best practice.

Under the leadership of the Plant Controller, this position leads the financial planning and reporting processes for one of the operating units at the plant. Responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of all financial policies, internal controls, establishing operating budgets, and accurately forecasting and reporting financial performance. + Own COPQ metrics and lead root cause analysis and CAPA.-
+ Implement Quality Data Management System in MES and develop continuous monitoring dashboards.-
+ Lead inline and process automation initiatives.-
+ Manage the Process Engineering function and ensure Operational Excellence through effective process controls and design.-
