Responsible for providing quality control and support for business unit team members and leadership. business initiatives. Performs moderately diverse job duties in a specialized area.
Responsibilities:

recommendations to management and/or stakeholders

As a QC Laboratory Analyst, you could work in an analytical or microbiological laboratory environment that stays in sync with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). The work will require collection, labeling, analysis, and results recording related to raw materials, intermediate products, finished goods, packaging materials and other samples. Tracking, trend analysis, and other Quality Control (QC) related responsibilities will be performed as directed by laboratory systems.
In addition to laboratory testing, QC Analysts may be required to write control documents like Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), deliver training, perform system health assessments, carry out "on the floor" coaching, , facilitate or participate in quality system failure investigations. Maintain cGMP principles and Good Documentation practices.

We do various types of work including performing raw material, finished goods, intermediate, and development sample analysis according to standard analytical procedures. Senior Financial Analyst, Manufacturing at a Glance

Under the leadership of the Plant Controller, this position leads the financial planning and reporting processes for one of the operating units at the plant and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all financial policies, maintaining internal controls, establishing operating budgets, and accurately forecasting and reporting financial performance. Senior Financial Analyst, Manufacturing at a Glance.

Under the leadership of the Plant Controller, this position leads the financial planning and reporting processes for one of the operating units at the plant. Responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of all financial policies, internal controls, establishing operating budgets, and accurately forecasting and reporting financial performance. The role shares accountability for the facilitys financial performance, driving accountability and seeking ways to bridge gaps.

• Lead development of the Annual Operating Plan, including product cost standards updates, bridging cost changes, and preparing all applicable AOP schedules.
• Oversee weekly and monthly reporting of actual and forecasted costs, developing and distributing reports to management.
• Analyze variances to targets for direct expenses, providing detailed reports and KPI breakdowns to management regularly.
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial planning and reporting systems.
• Help identify and quantify savings from Continuous Improvement and Production teams, ensuring data accuracy in 4 Site.
• Lead and support month-end close processes.
• Conduct financial analysis and scenario studies.
• Ensure completion of month-end close requirements and monthly reporting, analyzing drivers of results.
• Audit operational BOM accuracy throughout the year.
• Contribute to the plant leadership team, including training and supporting frontline leaders with financial information.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, ensuring effective inventory controls.
• Provide leadership for financial integrity, controls, and transactional activities, including SAP responsibilities.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

$91,800.00 - $153,200.00

This position is responsible for the leadership and direction of quality systems and process control strategy related to the vinyl siding production process for the Williamsport, MD plant. The incumbent will control cost of poor quality by leading efforts to analyze and reduce process variation and developing preventive controls. Additionally, the incumbent will collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Central Engineering, Product Management and other critical functional areas to deliver on key organizational objectives with a specific focus on process control and quality systems.-

Essential Functions:--
+ Own COPQ metrics and lead root cause analysis and CAPA.-
+ Implement Quality Data Management System in MES and develop continuous monitoring dashboards.-
+ Lead inline and process automation initiatives.-
+ Manage the Process Engineering function and ensure Operational Excellence through effective process controls and design.-
+ Oversee process and product validation to meet requirements.-
+ Design and implement sustained processes and improvements for products, including documentation, visual management, and training.-
+ Stay updated on new developments in materials, process technology, and product applications.-
+ Troubleshoot processing problems and implement control procedures for operators.-
+ Plan and execute experiments to optimize production processes and manage data collection, analysis, and presentation for leadership and R&D.-

**Additional Requirements**
Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $111,000 to $77,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is 127,650.00 to 203,550.00
