Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Crystal Growth Technician to join our team. This role involves building and operating RF furnaces and electro-mechanical systems used for crystal growth and fabrication. You will be responsible for growing crystals used in imaging equipment, mixing raw materials, monitoring various processes, and keeping precise operation records.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate RF furnaces and electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and fabrication.

• Grow crystals used in imaging equipment.

• Mix raw materials to a specified mixture.

• Monitor various crystal growth processes.

• Maintain accurate records of all processing steps on paper and in a database.

Essential Skills

• Good PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

• Ability to follow process MPI documentation and safety procedures.

• Experience working in a product-oriented technical-industrial environment.

• Ability to interpret and analyze complex instrumentation.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.

• Good communication and computer skills (Word and Excel).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in production, assembly, and packaging.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Chemical Research Solutions produces a range of specialty chemicals. We specialize in the development of pilot systems for new chemical processes and products. Our capabilities include equipment design, manufacturing, and operation of pilot chemical systems. We also provide laboratory testing services.

This position will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the production equipment in the plant. This includes the operation of filtration equipment, process monitoring and sampling.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manufacturing and distribution of chemical products including loading and unloading materials, drumming of products and responsibility for the manufacturing process

Follow production schedule and manufacturing procedures

Provide troubleshooting expertise for the production units and perform safety checks

Production Operator (3-Day Workweek - 12-Hour Shifts)

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (3/12s)

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Operator with a strong manufacturing background to join our team. In this role, you will operate automated equipment, follow detailed process instructions, and support production goals in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated equipment.

• Perform surface preparation tasks including remelt processing, slab evaluation, pixel debond, CO2/ultrasonic cleaning, anneal, palletizing, etching, PCAT, and pixel sorting.

• Conduct equipment checks and ensure machines are functioning properly.

• Accurately document production data in systems.

• Communicate production requirements across shifts.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Adhere to safety protocols, PPE usage, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required .

• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted where applicable)

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Familiarity with PPE and safe handling of chemicals (MSDS knowledge preferred).

• Willingness to work a 12-hour weekend shift schedule.

• Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States

• Mechanical aptitude troubleshooting, disassembling equipment, parts replacement, general machine repair. Electrical aptitude is preferred but not required

• Have one of the following:

  • At least 1 year of sustained and relevant work experience; or

  • At least 2 years of military experience; or

  • Technical degree or certification in Manufacturing Technology or related field; or

  • Experience owning or operating a small business

Starting Hourly Wage: $25.20 USD
