• Cutting and trimming meat using hand tools such as knives and wizard trimmers

• Packing materials

• Comfortable working in a wet and damp environment OR cold and damp environment

• Stacking product

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, bend, and squat as part of general labor

• Ability to work Monday through Saturday

• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

• Experience in a cold storage or processing plant preferred but not required

_The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of a team in a multi-shift manufacturing environment. This role also supports a daily collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Global Supply Chain, Design Engineering, Production Planning, Operations Program Management, and various strategic teams across the Mission Systems enterprise._
**_What You'll get to Do:_**
**_Core Responsibilities_**
+ _Manage staffing needs to support existing and forecasted program schedules for our EO/IR Laser (Electro-Optical/Infrared Sensors). This will include both the Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering team members._
+ _Lead and optimize manufacturing operations by developing and implementing strategies that enhance productivity, reduce cost, and ensure high-quality product delivery._
+ _Accountable for maintenance of site-specific manufacturing standard operating procedures, work instructions, forms, and instructions/procedures within site MES._
+ _Support training of manufacturing teams in compliance with released production processes._
+ _Prepare a regular review of manufacturing capacity planning and optimization across all production lines._
+ _Ensure discipline and continuous improvement of all process standards._
+ _Accountable for process technical ownership, optimization, and disposition, including top-level and subassemblies._
+ _Accountable for process control, quality, safety, delivery, and sector/division/site metrics._
+ _Tracking department budgets that include non-labor and overhead, and key milestones associated with Manufacturing initiatives._
+ _Help develop manufacturing proposals & basis-of-estimates (BOEs) for potential contracts._
+ _Prepare capital expenses and NCTA analysis, justification, return-on-investments (ROI's), and integration into workflow/processes._
+ _Planning and execution of Digital Thread and implementation of system and software initiatives._

+ _Bachelor of Science in Engineering or applicable technical discipline with 8 years relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering,_ _OR_ _a master's degree with 6 years relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering._
+ _Minimum of 2 years of relevant, direct experience with people or project leadership in manufacturing/production, operations, or engineering._
+ _Experience working in a Manufacturing Execution System (MES)_
+ _Experience with data analysis and utilizing SPC techniques._
+ _US Citizenship is required._
+ _Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance is required._
+ _Ability to support on-site full-time._

+ _Experience with new product introduction into a manufacturing environment. Able to transform a product concept into a fully developed, manufacturable, and launchable product and associated processes._

_MANUMS_
Primary Level Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

A growing electronics manufacturer in **Apopka, FL** is hiring a **Quality Inspector** to perform final inspections on circuit board assemblies. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with overtime potential.
**Schedule:** Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:15 PM
**Pay:** 19- 20/hr
**Responsibilities:**
+ Inspect assemblies per IPC standards and customer requirements
+ Serve as final checkpoint before boards ship
+ Complete inspection forms and document quality issues
+ Read and interpret customer drawings

Quality Control Supervisor

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.

• At least 18 years of age

• Able to lift occasionally up to 40 pounds

• Minimum of 2 - years office, and/or scheduling experience

• Supervisory and Hands-on Employee training skills

• Prior cleaning experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with employees remotely to cover planned or unplanned absences through proactively having replacements trained and able to cover

• Ensures employee compliance with OSHA regulations, workers compensation, company SOP in facilities, and Company and Safety Policies

• Reports, documenting and scanning inspection forms, and updating schedules. Perform office functions and record keeping duties such as filling out reports

• Updates records in the mobile app and keeps digital and paper reports organized and filed

• Collaborates with management regarding the placement and promotion of any employee in a new or existing buildings

• Confidentially escalates employees, customers, and building issues to management through a daily summarized updates at the end of the shift

• Monitors and inspects buildings for cleanliness and be proactive on correcting issues and/or replacing cleaners in a timely manner

• Provides proactive and responsive customer service through effective, professional and prompt communication

Location:  Leesburg, GA (40% in office, and 60% travel in company vehicle to inspect buildings located within 60-miles)

Hours: 2:00p m – 10:00pm (Full-time)

Compensation of $15.00 - $18.00hr for a 40-hour work week for the first 90-day probationary period
